Great service and clean store, from the bathroom to the tables.

So kind, such speedy service, and staffed properly at 9:30pm for the b1g1 99c blizzard promotion! Great on the staff and manager! Also the first Dairy Queen to mix all the blizzard ingredients properly

Good location. Awesome ice cream. Friendly customer service. Good food options as well. Mushroom Swiss is pretty good here.

The food and service were beyond our expectations. We really loved the ambience of this place. Superb place to take the family out for lunch.

Half price ice cream cakes on the 1st Tuesday of every month !

I enjoy getting Blizzars here. I rarely ever stick around to eat them. Sometimes in the summer my father and I will sit outside on the patio and enjoy our treats. The drive-thru is ALWAYS very busy. The place is always clean and staff aren't sociable but they're friendly. Has a PlayPlace to my knowledge. Not 100% sure if its still there.

Convenient. Not the best...but good ice cream cakes.

We bought a big slab cake to take to a party. We requested to write a message on cake, the girl did very good job writing. When we came home we thought the message is not that great and we want to remove one line, we took it back and asked for help. They took our request with respect and made the appropriate changes that cake still looks amazing even better than before!

No idea how there stuff is. Went in with a coupon we received in our mailbox and they wouldn't honor it. Said they don't participate in coupons.
They had a chance and blew it. Won't be back. Coupon had a twofer for $10 while they were charging $16 or so for the same thing in the store.
Place seems grossly overpriced but they are still open so a lot of people must need a burger bad enough to pay $8 for a burger and fries. Stupid people that is.

My 7 year old daughter and I always love their flavors. It is a whole family fun - you can enjoy ice cream with your dog, too, outside. That's the best part

This place was nice and clean. The customer service was not great but it wasn't bad.

Busy as of late but what else are we going to do during a pandemic and good weather. Great staff who are friendly and who work hard. Nothing but appreciation for this location.

I pulled up and they said, "21 dollars" lol foods good though. Service left to be desired.

I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich combo and the meat was old, hard and not edible, and my large fries were cold and almost empty. My Cappuccino MooLatte literally had no flavour. Strawberry smoothie looked dark and disgusting. This is perhaps one of the worst Dairy Queen locations I have ever been to before. I spent a lot of money here.

This is a COVID-time review. Great system of taking order outside then one person goes in to pay. Skip the Dishes has a separate door. Beware however: no sanitizer for clients (you have to touch the door x2 and the debit machine), they don t wipe down the tables between clients, one staff behind the counter hustling about and going near all the others (who are making the blizzards etc). with her mask off. Outside staff (who was otherwise amazing) greeted his unmasked group of friends with a hug then came back amongst the clients in line. Take your receipt as two of our four blizzards were wrong.

I ordered a customized log cake with a quite complicated request of hand-drawn pandas, bamboo, and flowers for my best friends who loves pandas. Suzy was the staff that I did the consultation with. She was really great, and willingly accepting my order. And the result was beyond expectation. For sure it was the hit of the party. Well done DQ Pickering!

This location is the best of dq. Good food fast. Those chicken strips! The staff are so nice it's clean.

It s a nice spot and my preferred burger joint if I m doing fast food. Delicious ice cream dessert options and DQ onion rings are the best kind :)
Things that could improve:
- be more generous when you make things like parfaits - sometimes cup isn t even full and it s like $6.
- often forget things like sauces that go with things.
- day staff generally very friendly, evening staff is hit or miss.
- find their French fry portions pretty light

Best place to get ice cream cakes all year round.. even when it's still cold or winter outside. There's always room for "icy" dessert!

Drive thru line up out to Kingston rd more. Than 25 min wait

Good place for having desserts (ice cream mostly). Nice spacious area for families. Sometimes their Turtle ice cream has pralines that are stale.
Most other items are nice
Would love to see some simple milk shakes included in the menu

Spacious place , fast & efficient. The time I went not much line up.

The employees (especially the two ladies taking order at front and drive-thru) have the worst attitude! Never returning to this Dairy Queen again.

Drive through service could be made faster, there is opportunity there, should the management decide to focus on it

Really enjoyed this Dairy Queen service was fantastic and my blizzard was amazing. Little different building but I like it. Proper Co-Vid safety protocols followed. They also have some patio seating as well. I will return here.

They have friendly customer service but I just went for a 6.50$ banana split. I got the smallest little portion of ice cream and the topping was skimpy to say the least. I usually go to the Scarborough location and I have never had an issue. I expect more when I pay this much for ice cream.

Unbelievable. Dairy queen runs out of bananas. Someone like a manager could have bought a bunch of bananas.

Typical DQ. All the usual including the jaded teens serving your Ice cream.

Never had bad experiences here initially but this one staff member ruined it by acting rude to my boyfriend when he asked for a new blizzard because our blizzards were watery. We tried eating it thinking only the top was watery but the whole thing was watery. We ordered it from the drive-thru. She assumed he was lying to get another blizzard for free. We just wasted our money. She does not have a customer-first attitude. She is just full of attitude. She is the woman who was working at 4:50ish PM on Aug 21, 2020. I'm sure other staff members witnessed this so they know who it is. She needs to be coached on treating customers more courteously bc it is HER JOB.

Never enough Dairy Queen stores. Banana splits my favourite

Love everything here. But had a problem at one of the locations once qith what I always order. But I still love this place

This store has some of the nicest staff you'll ever meet! I hope they're doing well.
