Just fine!!
Nice bowl of vegetable soup and a grilled cheese. The waitress was very good attentive, friendly, always remembers us and thanks us for coming back..

Been here numerous times over the years. The food is tasty, well priced and prompt. The staff take good care of you. This place keeps us coming back for more!

Good food & service. Our party of 4 had over med eggs, scrambled & a western omelet among us all good. Same with varied meats; country ham, bacon & maple ham all cooked without drying the food. Delicious tasting coffee! The biscuit was the only sad story bottom white not browned.

Governor lifted the mask mandate for all vaccinated yet these people want you to wear a mask to go 3 feet to your table from the door (of course 100s of people are touching the outside and bathroom door handle all day). My family or friends won't be going there again, we actually respect science. Food there isn't worth the hassle to be honest.

The decor was inviting. As soon as I walked in, it smelled as if the restaurant had good food. The wait for the food was almost nil. I thought it was cool how the cups were large enough to print advertisements on them. Everyone in my family absolutely enjoyed the food, everything was delicious! The one drawback was as soon as the food came out, the waitress out the check on the table and walked away. I needed a to-go box, and the waitress never came around to see if we needed anything or to check in to see if our order was correct. It was strange.

Stop charging 18% gratuity automatically! We ate outside. The little tables that are now outside only seat FOUR people. We could not all sit together. Two family members had to sit at another small table and we were NOT allowed to move the tables together so we could all eat together as a family! We had two separate bills. Each one was charged 18% gratuity-one was even more than 18%. When we asked questions about the 18% charge, we were told we were a party of six. Well, how can that be when we were not allowed to all sit together and had two different bills! They claimed we could NOT put the tables together because of COVID. What does that have to do with moving tables together for people in the same family pod? NOTHING! You will not have to worry about us ever spending our hard earned money there again!!!! We had no problem paying gratuity, it was the way it was added to our bill and stating we were a party of six. No, we were a party of two and four because we were NOT allowed to put two small tables together! It was the principal of the matter! Between the two bills they totaled up to be over $120 WITHOUT the gratuity!!!! Nice going, we will never go back and will tell everyone we know how we were treated! We were trying to support a LOCAL business! That failed horribly! We just received a slap in the face from your LOCAL business!!!!! SAD!

This place was absolutely stellar. I had the Barrel Burger, which is a classic cheeseburger with all the trimmings but comes with a 12 ounce beef patty. I had mine served medium and they absolutely nailed it; a hot pink center with that fresh off the grill taste. The side salads are very generously portioned, the fried pickles are perfect, and the coffee is just right. We will definitely be coming back.

Nice and cozy atmosphere despite the covid regulations in place. Service was really nice and the food was great.

Absolutely divine. Classic southern food and with southern hospitality too.

Comfort food at its best! The Pickel Barrel served up a good old fashioned Hamburger Steak w/Brown Gravy and my choice of sides that absolutely hit the spot on a recent visit. Service is always friendly and it just feels like a place you want to keep coming back to. So I do.
