I have worked with Picerne Management Corp for two years and loved my experience with them. As a company, Picerne offers an extremely professional and friendly work environment with many opportunities for growth and promotions. With their residents and prospects, Picerne has the best customer service I have seen in the industry. Picerne strives for a friendly community, in and out of the office, offering an absolutely enjoyable work week for employees and residents. I would not give up the two years I have spent with Picerne for anything, and would absolutely recommend the company to anyone. With outgoing superiors, I have not only made great business relationships with all, but also great friends that I will keep for years to come.

I love working for Picerne and my experience has been great. I have lived on site and worked with the company for over 3 years now and I think it is the best company I have worked for since I graduated from college. I have a good working relationship with fellow employees and I have made some wonderful friendships along the way as well and I truly enjoy helping our residents with their questions and helping them through our many service programs.

My experience here was good also enjoyed working with co employees and helping others i want to thank Picerne for the opportunity to work here and be a part of the team

Worked as a housekeeper, great place nice environment nice staff to work with but I feel the pay rate could be better for the work load expected of you cleaning common areas and move out apartments and grounds is fine but when your moving from one apartment complex to another site doing there apartment move outs and dead lines for move In residents the next day is a bit much I think better pay would keep more housekeepers employed to much turn overs on housekeeping staff.

I live in Ashton Point apartments in Port Orange, which is not the best but I have been dealing with the high crime rates for over 11yrs. However, i can go on about nothing being fixed, mold, and vandalism to vehicles. The real problem is the new property manager SARAH. She's very evil, cold hearted and is discriminating against minority. My neighbors and I have been calling and trying to get help. But Frank will not return your calls as if the company is aware of the hatred going on. If you feel this is not accurate information read the reviews.
If this is the way Picerne Management conduct business such as managers refusing to speak with you about proper termination and leasing agreement & etc. then I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I'm hoping that someone in higher management get back with me on this matter and also go over the reviews.

I have been waiting on two weeks to receive a returned called from this company. No wonder it s so poorly managed at the property level. I ve heard that the level of care depends on your hue, with Picerne. So far I can attest, that s very true. It doesn t matter that we pay thousands of dollars, I am not valued because of what I look like. This company really needs to do better.
