These folks called me in reference to to me getting an employee out to calibrate my CPAP machine and bring me a mask. After being advised several times with an attitude I was told numerous times that my insurance would not cover the cost because I failed to comply with insurance policy. I told them I would pay out of pocket cost and I was told with an attitude again that I would have to go all the way to Port St. Lucie to have this done. After being over ANGIE S uncalled for attitude and reprimanding behavior on the phone she hung up when I returned the same behavior. Gladly my doctor sent the request to another company where the service was sooo much better. Stay away from these individuals especially ANGIE she s a prize!

I am very disappointed with the service of this healthcare supplier!!!! I am a healthcare worker and I am repulsed at the deception this company poses to the public. Stay away if you want to keep your hard earned dollars and not deal with disrespectful service.
I needed to get my 6 month CPAP supplies and literally walked out without my necessary accessories for my health. This vendor is ripping off their customers and making patients feel they have no choice. They tried to overcharge and then lied to me....imagine if you are an elderly or sick and did not know what you were entitled by your healthcare insurance. Do your homework and stay away from this cheat and dishonest establishment.
You have a choice to walk away from this bogus company. There are honest medical companies out there and you should look at shopping elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would certainly do. Please beware of the fraud and deceptive behavior even if they wear scrubs. This company only purpose is to profit from the SICK AND ELDERLY and do have empathy for the wellbeing of their patients/customers. I caught them lying and being deceptive and will inform Doctors and Sleep Clinics in the area to stay away !!!!
This is a follow-up to my previous review. As I stated, the staff are terrific - courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. After my review, the manager (Brian) called me. He stated that the picture on the web site may not have been truly representative of the product. True - the writing on the product details states "Nasal Cushion". I agree that I am partially at fault because I only looked at the picture. Brian offered to refund the cost of the cushion. I explained that I still needed the frame. Unfortunately the frame only comes with the full headgear. So I suggested that, instead of a refund for the cushion, would he be willing to sell me the headgear package at his cost. He agreed. I'm satisfied with this resolution. I think it is fair to both parties.
So I raised my rating to 3/5. While the staff is really great, I think the prices are pretty high. But they have no control over that. ______________________________________________________________
Buyer Beware! I used this facility for a few years for my BiPap supplies. The staff are really great - courteous and professional. However, here's a couple of problems. First - I found out that the Mirage FX nasal cushion that I was being charged over $60 for was on Amazon for $12. (The other items are also full price - no wonder Medicare is going broke). My second problem - I needed the plastic frame that holds the cushion in place. So I went to the website and found the attached item. Notice the cushion, frame and adapter that connects to the hose are shown in the picture. You would think it all comes together from the picture. WRONG!! I got the overpriced cushion only. So the picture implies all three parts, but the fine print says cushion. I am not a happy camper. Be VERY careful ordering.
These guys are great very compassionate and understanding. I do highly recommend them for all your respiratory needs. Keep up the great work. Brian Is very helpful in your needs. And the girls there are great and very pleasant.
