First and foremost the pictures my children took took long enough for me to recieve them and then when I received them my son envelope was empty. I go to call and ask why the envelope was empty the man who answered did apologize in a rude manner. He said the photo would be mailed and he'll send them within the next 3 days. I then ask why would it take so long to mail and I cannot accept a timeframe. I would like my child pictures soon.

He was rude and said he is not in control of the mail.

I would strongly suggest that you not use this company if they are hired for your school.

Brian called and gave me a date. I am to receive my photos by Friday. I am guessing the person who answered was possibly a employee. Brian was extremely professional and apologetic. I will update my rating once I receive my photos.

Great company. Photographers are very personable and allow the students to look at the photos they take and choose which one they like the best. Most affordable prices I've seen.

I highly recommend Photo Factory USA. This is a family owned company that has years of experience in the photography business. I was really impressed with the turn around time for my kid's school pictures. They were very affordable and the quality was second to none.

This place is a nightmare. Messed my order up three times. Still waiting for the correct packet I ordered. It's been months. And I'm not happy with the photo took.

The quality of service is extremely poor. Many times we had to send my child's student pictures back to be re-taken. The pictures would have glare from his glasses, or my child wasn't smiling yet. You would think the photography would have some sense to re-take the picture at that point. But no they send them home two months later and then we have to get them re-done. Its like they have no concept on how to be professional or how to take pictures, I think a six year old with an iphone could do better.

They put the wrong child in my sons spot online ordering. I called and they said they fixed it.They emailed me that it was fixed. ITS NOT. . Cant handle the job get one at McDonalds, they mix up my order all the time at McDonald's, so you will fit right in.

Amazing people to work with. This is the best photo company my school has used. They are very friendly and accommodating.

Had school softball pictures taken in May... the card supposedly became corrupt and the images were lost. They never bothered to call to let us know. Finally got them retaken, we are now into September and we still havent received her pictures. Horrible company to work with! Very rude and unprofessional. Hope our school finds another company to use.
