Why are these folks trying so hard to close down small orgs that take in all stray dogs and cats and are no-kill?

Restaurant inspection with 34 violations in one restaurant whose manager had no knowledge of food safety.Its still open for business.Who's in charge?Shut them down!

Been in PATHETIC Pa. Too long but plan on changing that. In 16 years, ONLY 3 times has been Walmart been checked for violations, WHY ? Gee wonder if being the World's biggest. Company has anything to do with with it. BET IT DOES .Yet VETERANS organizations are . Also, Dutch -Way market in Gap was checked ,but no mention of DIRT ceiling fans in the lobby over the tables in the snack bar. Mentioned to management several times when asked once by the manager if he could help me.
