I decided I should eat before I take my 4 hr flight to Seattle, upon walking up to the entrance to PHX Beer Co. I was met (not greeted) by, I suppose, the waitress ? She literally rolled her eyes and in a flat very I m not interested in this job voice tells me to sit where there s a menu . With that said she rotated on the ball of her foot and wondered off. And so did I. My complaint is entirely with the person this establishment chose to represent them. I hope they re-evaluate that decision soon.
The wait staff is super nice. The guy behind the bar seems more interested in talking to the ladies sitting at the bar than do his job. Literally took 15 min to get a beer and there is like 12 people in the whole place. Two stars, one for the tasty beer and one for the waitress. Minus three stars for the bartender.
