Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I found them to be very unfriendly. When I cancelled a booking due to not being able to attend the girl on the phone was extremely unfriendly and grumpy as if my cancelling due to an emergency was my fault - this put me off the whole agency. The bulk of their extras work is for Caucasian Extras anyhow - as an Asian Male it was an exercise in futility.

Big thank you to all the team at Phoenix Casting for everything you have done for me over the last year. I am off to Australia for 12 months so will be unavailable for work. Your team have been so friendly and efficient it has been a pleasure. Thanks once again

What can I say! Phoenix are one of those unique companies who are not only incredible at what they do (Casting hundreds of exciting TV and Film projects every year!), they also care so much about the people on their books!! They manage a huge number of artistes but will go out of their way to give helpful advice if you have any questions! I couldn t imagine friendlier, more professional staff!

I've been fortunate to work with Phoenix for nearly 10 years now and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! They are incredibly professional and have decades of experience in the industry. They do a fantastic job of managing thousands of artistes for TV, Film, Voice and Photographic work. There is always someone on the end of the phone, they are always available to assist if needed and they provide a wealth of information for artistes via the website and downloads. Overall, I would say that Phoenix are the most reliable, friendly, hard working, professional agency I have ever worked with.
