It is very nice there, as in the pictures, very recommendable!

Wonderful hotel, service perfect. The only drawback is a poorly ventilated area in the middle part of the building, so rooms that are facing the center can not be ventilated.

The hotel itself is great. Lovely and helpful staff, and a superb location.
I just can't wrap my head around the fact that they, as a 4 star hotel don't have any body lotion/milk included in the toiletries, and they only have a body+hair wash.. I had better in some motels even.

Music from the wedding was so loud we couldn't sleep until 3AM. You either make a soundproof wedding venue or you don't hold weddings inside the hotel.

It was total coincidence to try this place ..
But it's awesome ... underground parking available ... WiFi and TV I think 8 German channels ... Clean rooms ... super comfortable beds ... Very friendly staff ... We felt at home straight away ... Public wave area for hotel guests free of charge ... Was great sauna for us. Salt grotto and Kneipp pool .... Massages have to be paid for ... Price performance ok ... Personally, we were too soft ... So we are in more often Serbia but this will be my new regular hotel

My review concerns the spa in this hotel. I had a great massage at the spa: the receptionist was really friendly and the masseuse Tamara was really good! The price is reasonable so I'd recommend if you consider getting a massage there.

Nicely decorated hotel with many different amenities ... Beautician, hairdresser, playroom for children, restaurants, cafes, for everyone something ... Rooms are clean, nicely furnished, staff friendly, parking place large and well kept ... In the center town.

Hotel Spa is located right in the heart of Subotica, Serbia. Downtown just a few meters walk away. Highly recommended.

Nice place for an above average price. Centrally located, with nice eat and drink places around, near the main square and important sights. Has a welness area which is free for hotel guests. Secured parking for a fee. Top floor restaurant with city skyline view while having a wonderful breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it.

Very friendly staff, rooms clean and cozy, food excellent. The elevators are very bad, I recommend that you go up the stairs and the rooms have poor lighting (dim, unreadable). Final rating: quite satisfactory for 4 stars.

We used the conference room. It's great. The food is wonderful, the cakes even better!

A very nice hotel in Subotica about 20 km behind the Serbian border. Located in the middle of the city with a very nice courtyard where you can drink dry coctail in summer and winter alike. Mostly international guests.

Rooms are huge and very clean!

Good business hotel. The staff is friendly and most of them speak English very well. I lived there for almost a year and was happy with the hotel. The bar, which is located next to the front desk is not recommended, unless you are a smoker. The meals are also not recommended. Still 5 stars for the hotel.

Good business hotel. Staff is friendly and most of them familiar with English language. Being there for almost one year I was always satisfied with the service and the hotel. The bar just beside the reception is not recommendable. First: smoking is still permitted in Serbia, even in restaurants. Second: the food is below average. Nevertheless five stars for the hotel.

I was in nail building where there are excellent professionals, the atmosphere is pleasant, decorative and nice working there

In all bathrooms and toilets strong smell of ..... have problems with the ventilation system, plus the windows are not airtight ...

I stayed in this hotel on the 13th through the 14th of November of 2018.
I had a very pleasant experience staying here. I have a long distance friend (Adriana R) who lives in Subotica and she works at this hotel and recommended I stay here, so I did. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helped answer all of the questions I had.
My friend Adriana R. who works for housekeeping did a very good job at keeping my room tidy and bringing me any extra toiletries I needed. She recommended I eat at the restaurant at the top of the hotel (5th floor) and had the chance to take a few nice pictures of Subotica. The food was amazing, and they had a very big breakfast buffet that has many delicious options to fulfill your needs.
When I checked out, I was greeted, asked how my stay was and if I ate at the restaurant and I walked out with a big smile on my face. Thank you for the pleasant experience and I will stay here again!

Great hotel, everything is very high, from the accommodation itself, the staff, to the amenities .. One tip to those who love the fresh air. Don't take a room overlooking the hotel atrium, the view is fantastic, but the air is heavy, especially on warmer days.
