Absolutely the best in Ocean City! Their entrees and appetizers are cooked to perfection and are simply "delicious." Beyond our expectations. The service can not be matched. Highly recommend.

Amazing service with accommodating and empathetic staff. Food was excellent too!

Food was decent. Decor is pretty run down. Service was terrible. Our server was nearly impossible to flag down the entire meal and forgot many specifics of our order. Overall, very lackluster experience vs. what we were expecting.

Our Go 2 whenever we are in Ocean City! We love to see Mike & his staff. We drive up from Virginia Beach to have dinner & drive back home...or stay the night. All worth it in my books. P.S. can we get fried oysters on the nightly or weekend buffet? Yeah! Thanks.

Small portion at a high price. But you get what you pay for because the crab cake (singular) was good.

Seafood buffet was very good. Fresh food, attentive staff. Buffet area was crowded, though, making it hard to navigate. Raw bar, whole crabs, and crab legs make the $36 price worth it.

All you can eat Breakfast... !! Food was Yum..Yum good. But our servant was not keeping it together. We started eating and our drink took forever to arrive and when they did ...No straw , We asked, He says, be right back..never did. We still left tip for him. He seems very busy.

Good Selection Of Foods, Great Waitress, Had a great Time

My mother and I ate at the buffet upstairs... my mother had to get up and look for the waiter to get us silverware and drinks. I had to get up and refill our drinks and get crab crackers for the crab legs! I watched the waiter stand in the kitchen area and talk to other employees for 15 minutes! Finally I asked a waitress if she could get our bill. She had to go get the waiter ! I did not tip! The food was very bland! The over all experience was awful! Very expensive! They should be paying me to eat there! I ate there last year and it was great! This year awful!!!!

Great family place to eat. Pricey but what seafood place isn't in ocean city lol. Our waitress was great and helped us crack some of the blue . Also other things on the menu for people who don't eat seafood (like our children) the ultimate feast is big enough for two people! Also recommend the crab dip. Amazing

Best all you can eat place with crabs! They make sure everyone gets some crabs, they give you two racks of them and if you want more theyll let you get more after you're done eating what you had.

Crowded during early bird time frame. Buffet pans kept being empty.

The seafood was fresh. The atmosphere is really rugged down to earth like.

We visited on Tuesday August 3rd 2016...as before the buffet was great but what made it great for me was the young man serving the crab legs who was so pleasant and happy to be at work he alone made it worth it.Sometimes people and their attitudes can set the mood for your experience and he was beyond polite."Thanks for coming out and choosing Phillips he says the waitress who gets a tip didn't even say that...I know I'm going to screw his name up...Husone...I believe that's it I wrote it down but lost the paper with it on it. He's from Florida he said....CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST WITH THIS YOUNG MAN...GOD BLESS HIM AND MAY HE GET THE RECOGNITION HE DESERVES...THANK YOU DEAR....

Not a bad place to go to when there s waiting every where else

Overrated tourist trap. Our meals were very expensive for the portions and quality. All three in our party had different crab dishes, and it was apparent it was not fresh MD blue crab, but rather imported canned Asian crabmeat. I've bought it before, and I know what it tastes like.

We had much better "real MD blue crab" at run down little shacks.

I do not believe Phillips Crab House in OC, MD is using fresh MD blue crab in it's dishes, but rather the cheap imported can crab. Phillips owns huge crab fishing facilities in Asia. Google it.

Delicious food, great place and Wendy the waitress who served us has amazing profesional and beautiful, next time I visit Ocean City I will return.

Has better crab legs than other places. The selection seems large but then I realized it was the same stuff on both sides. Waitress was efficient and friendly for a party of 13. Probably not the best place for kids due to the tight tables and large area.

Great all you can eat and early bird special good too

We were celebrating our Anniversary and ordered the crab cake dinners. The crab cake was a disappointment, mostly bread crumbs. The asparagus and potatoes were good but not healthy portions. Had to order a salad to get full. Waitress asked 3x if we wanted bread and the bread was white and doughey. The clam Chowder was ok but the clams were tough. Won t go back. Overpriced $65. No drinks.

The food tasted great, but they messed up on ALL of our orders. Each order had something missing from it. We asked for some more butter for our crab and this never made it to us, we had to ask 3 times for extra napkins before we received any. The waitress was very ditzy and not attentive.

Still one of the best in ocean city. Everyone is @$40 per person so you have lots of choices this place just keeps adding new things. I prefer the old crab cakes though

The friggin best deal if you want good seafood. All you can eat snow crab legs and any other seafood item u can think of (except lobster which is understandable). I went to a bunch of seafood places on the boardwalk and nothing could compare to Phillips. You have to come get all you can eat here. The pay per plate is not worth it at all so all the negative reviews are just from other people being dumb. one look at the menu you can easily see Buffet is the only way to go. Do it, you won't regret it if u want to eat $50 worth of food for only $30. Word

Wife loved eating steamed crabs, steamed shrimp, Crab soup. Sarah our waitress was the best. Thank You Sarah.

A place to visit whenever in town. Line stretched out the door but only waited 15 minutes before being seated. Ate the buffet and the food was great.

Mostly I think people go here for the crab legs. I personally didn't find much else very good on the buffet.

Buffett restaurant, Salad crab legs some Maryland crab and a lot of fried seafood. beef and a few other items mass produced. Quality was average to mediocre.

Waitress spilled a bucket of crabs shells on me there was an apology but no discount or removal of charges ie no free drinks or anything of the like. I was cleaning crab shells out of my hair and purse for several hours. Very disappointing with regards to customer service.

The one of the BEST Seafood Buffets I had ever encountered. The buffet had so much variety of food choices from the raw bar to the seafood favorites to the pasta bar to the desserts. The crab legs were so DELICIOUS. I am DEFINITELY coming again. The only thing I would say that needs improvement are the waiters and waitresses.They need to be more attentive instead of disappearing from their customers. I waited a good 30 minutes for the waitress to give me another refill for my drink, but otherwise GOOD food and the best quality fresh seafood.
