The building/place no longer continue to be called Simoco ..... It's presently known as GODREJ GENESIS, as may be seen in the photograph. A good, spacious premise, offering office-space of various size, with good modern infra facilities, in a prime location of the biggest IT hub of Eastern India.

Very bad payment terms and conditions for suppliers..

Infrastructure is very good.. Parking place are available and there is a car show room too, there are BPOs running in the building.

Best building in Saltlake sector V to have a commercial property. Plenty of open spaces and parking which is the main concern in Sector-V. Also situated on the main artial road of Sector V
