Since our property management was turned over to Lizzy Snee, my wife and I have been incredibly happy with the services and care at the Eastlake Manor. Lizzy has been prompt and respectful in accommodating us with a variety of rental issues and requests like changing our parking spot, helping us get back into our locked apartment, and looking out for packages. Our rent is a incredibly reasonable and we feel well taken care of by Phillips!
We had a lot of issues with Phillips before, but since Patricia Jones joined them recently we do see a lot of improvement which keeps us happy and determined to continue the service.

I will never be purchasing another property that has any affiliation with these vermin. Once this building is fully sold and gets turned over to the owners, I ll be suggesting we sack them ASAP and I highly suggest you do to.
Our elevator has been broken for 6 days and concurrently the fire alarm panel on the first floor(which is locked with a key) has been loudly beeping non stop for 6 days echoing through the whole first floor! I and other residents have called and emailed non stop for days! And they ve lied time and time again saying this is the first they are hearing about it. They also lied and said someone would come today, nothing.
They even had the audacity to tell me when I called that nothing would happen without an email and photo documentation of the problem. Unlike you guys, some of us work and don t have time to be taking photo evidence of every problem in this building. That would be a full time job.
Our community manager Patricia Jones has made all the difference in the world as we continue our relationship with Phillips Real Estate. They have managed our property for many years and never have they been as responsive, caring and invested as they have been in the past several months with Patricia. Thank you, thank you for all that you do for our community! It would five stars if we had you long before now.
I own a condo In Everett Wa [homestead condominiums)right of 128th ave west,13 days ago my power went out and my condo lost all power to my unit,I called Sno pud and they determined that my main breaker outside the building burned up, and all plugs where meter goes in have melted. I called Phillips realestate for repairs since they manage the condominiums,they straight up didn't care much at all about it ,it took them and Boyer Electric 13 days to get my the power back on,I have a 4 year old son and we were without a hot bath hot meal or any heat 11 out of those 13 day (2 days my insurance paid for hotel).I lost about 1000 bucks worth of food both main refrigerator and chest freezer food went bad l,I plan on taking these people to court.
I have worked for Phillips as an RM for almost 5 years now. They continue to improve their business and always are on call for emergent tenant or owner needs. I'm very optimistic for what the future holds for such a wonderful company and am proud to work for them.
Phillips really upped their game when they brought on Jill Wright.

Phillips Real Estate manages our building where I am the owner of my condo. Patricia Jones took over as our community manager about two months ago and she's amazing. Every time I have a question or there's an issue on our property, there's is a prompt response. Patricia has solved problems that have existed for years in a matter of days.
