Lovely hotel in wooded area on outskirt of Selkirk. Bedrooms very well furnished and are a good size.

Decent hotel in a lovely area. Room was good and the staff were polite and helpful.

Had a few days here, and from the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome.
We arrived early and our room was all ready.
Everything was spotless, and very cosy.
Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting!
Good food and service too.
Will definitely be back.

During these testing times it is reassuring to find this little treasure. Warm friendly staff and their scones with jam and clotted cream are a joy

Room was really clean, with an upstairs bedroom and downstairs living room. Both up and downstairs had a verandah and the hotel and gardens are very well kept. Food was excellent and the staff really pleasant and helpful.

Lovely stay in a lovely location. The hotel was warm and welcoming, the room was super clean and all meals were delicious.

From the staff at first visit to goodbye takeaway coffee, the whole stay was great the staff are so friendly and helpful and the dinner was beautifully cooked , the rooms are nice and clean and modern and the garden is a delightful place to hang out and relax. There is surrounding landscape to explore if you wish . Breakfast was as you expect in Scotland healthy and filling I would recommend this hotel to anyone
