These folks are incredibly helpful and efficient. I went in, filled out the form needed for my son's birth certificate and I was out in less than 10 minutes.

This place is very professional excellent customer service excellent explaining all the paperwork

Got in and out in under 20 min to get my newborn sons birth certificate. Parking was a little tough but i circled a few times and was able to find a spot on tge street.

I need my BC in 2012 and while I had to wait in line, the service was fairly fast. And reasonably priced under 30$ Now I need another one...

They are preparing to open for the public using social distancing and mask wearing we will make it work

As of now the building is closed to the public for birth and death certificates due to COVID-19. They will reopen when given clearance by the LA County Board of Supervisors and Public Health

Service is fast it only took me 10 minutes to get my daughter s birth certificate for $28.

Called the office since it says appointments only. Aside the fact that I was on hold for about 30 min the person I spoke to was supper rude all she said was "our offices are closed all our info is on line" and just hung up like really? I wonder how she treats people when they actually go!!!! Horrible customer service.

With appointment every thing is very easy. Lots of parking spaces around the building, plus additional parking inside.

Eh. I don't know what kind of review you are expecting for a government office. We had a question that needed answering and called in ahead of time to figure it out. The answer that was given on the phone was not accurate according to the employee once we arrived to the actual office. We got the run around multiple times and wasted our time driving into downtown.

Multiple problems getting my birth certificate ordered online. The order process was easy but the incompetence is rediculous. Jumped thru hoops to get it sent, they put wrong address, then resent, almost 2 mos later and still waiting, call and they're resending again. We'll see if I get it this time.

They didn't say on their automated service that we have to call for appointment only due to covid-19
