One more bad review for Phenix Flooring! Just like other reviews they DO NOT stand behind their product! We purchased their carpet and after three years of easy use and regular professional cleaning it stays matted. I would have never thought that this carpet would not even last 1/2 as long as the cheap builders grade carpet that was put in the house when new!! Below is the person that was NO help!
