I ve worked with Pharmatech Associates as an agency for several years and I find the team members wonderful and extremely professional to work with.

What started out as a great relationship on a great project started to sour as the project went on due to poor management by the project head and lack of involvement when things started going down south. It soured completely by the end of the project.

Per the terms an offer letter stated I would be compensated for Travel time at half my rate but when the project ended, the miles to get home and travel time were not paid. Claiming i ceased being an employee when the project finished. The army doesn't leave its fighters in Iraq when the war is over. They bring them home.

Throughout the project i was compensated half rate travel time to go home and come back from family visits, but at the end when the client pulled the plug... sorry kid you're on your own.

What I thought was a great team at first showed their true colors at the end. which is a shame as I even used my own car to save the project money on rentals. Will never work for this organization again. I take people at their word next time WRITING ONLY.
