False promises, management not train properly. and many more issues. unprofessional and not setup for success.
I have been working at PharmaCord over a year and a half. I have never felt so supported in my goals and encouraged to pursue the things that interest me (even things outside my job role). The culture here is so supportive. No job is without some drama, but the leaders do their best to eliminate it immediately. There is a TON of room for advancement. If you come in, work hard, and maintain positive relationships with your peers, YOU WILL MOVE UP. I have not seen anyone promoted that didn't do all the above. . They are very mindful in who they hire, so you may have a couple interviews but it's for the best. They really care for the employee.

Absolutely the worst place to work. I dont know how it was ever rated to be the best place to work at. They don t care about employees. This whole company feels very unappreciated. We are being forced to be vaccinated. What if? someone has allergic reaction to the vaccine or someone dies. Is pharmacord gonna be responsible for that. If you refuse to get vaccinated they are letting you go. People are being forced to quit. Thought the ceo cared about his employees but that was isn t true. I wouldn t recommend anybody to work here.

Great place to work! Everyone has a friendly face. It's a fairly new and rapidly growing company so having the skill to adapt to change is essential to success. However, everyone works together to make sure you thrive!
Best career move I could have ever made. Amazing company all around - great people, lots of opportunity for learning and growth, unparalleled executive team, etc. The only company in Louisville that is currently scaling at such a rapid rate. Would recommend to anyone, especially young professionals looking to build a career and grow with the company.
