Worst experience I have ever had. Worst customer service ever. I always have to call them in order to check my status on each and every step. At that time they do what little work they do to move it on to the next step. I have been in this process for almost a month now and have yet to be using these cards. Will never recommend this service and first chance i get i'm out. Someone please come out with a better product and contact me.

This company is slow to respond and not upfront whatsoever with their requirements. Our company is large legitimate franchise...and this business is somewhat "bootleg" and unable to send a list of requirements and move forward. I'm not sure how they are still in business

The representatives are extremely rude. Very shock...

The representatives are extremely rude. Very shocking actually in a competitive market. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it might be the luck of a bad draw of one rep. But upon the 2nd rude representative I realized it's how they do business. I was in interested in purchasing prepaid cards for my employees but if this is how their customer sales disposition is, I can only imagine what their customer support is like.

This is a business a relative was inquiring about for employee prepaid cards. So I messaged and was curious about their pricing for my own business. Not only did they never answer, they spammed my email instead smh. I heard they were terrible at customer service so I gave up. This is a business you would have to deal with monthly so buyer beware.
