Worst service I have ever experienced! At Pevex, the customer is treated like the last dirt. Inquiries by email are never answered. We ordered an air conditioning system plus installation via the web shop and paid for it immediately, that's almost 2 weeks ago, since then we have been trying to find an appointment for the installation. No chance! Will return my customer card and switch to Bauhaus because this type of business is absolutely unprofessional and dubious! For a pack of screws ok, but for larger purchases: stay away from Pevex! The fact that the management was already legally in jail for fraud says a lot about this company!
I love that Pevec. They always have everything I need, they are cheaper than other commercial houses, they have the same quality products, and most importantly, they do not mind the cashiers. Parking space for two ... all in all a pleasant shopping.
