Petsmart Veterinary Services Review

I looked online at grooming packages. I call and was told it's cheaper to do it in this manner. So I did it but in reviewing I am not too sure. Also previously the petsmart in Orlando did nice accessories and perfumes. Not at this location. My dogs pads were not taken care of and I paid $72. I was told at booking it was 62. I called to ask about pads and they said well you have to ask for it. No. It is listed in the description of the package. I am sorry if its listed you need to complete it especially for that price. They said bring her back and well do it. I wont return.

I wish I could give a negative star rating. I have taken my puppy to this store several times for grooming services. Riane was amazing with him and we were always happy with the service. Riane has transferred to another store so we booked an appointment with Ashley. My puppy has scratches and large patches from where he was shaved very close. It s heartbreaking to see him so miserable. I was always told the service would take about 2.5 hours which it did. This time it took 4 hours! When we returned at the 2.5 hour mark, Ashley was cutting another dog and said my dog was in the back getting trimmed. 10 minutes later she brought him out and started trimming him. I WILL NOT RETURN FOR GROOMING SERVICES. Ashley did a horrible job and I now have to take the dog to the vet for some very deep scratches.

I went into the store to get a fish and they were not willing to sell me the fish. The worker was telling me I needed to upgrade the tank and I was willing to upgrade and he still refused to sell me the fish. The worst experience ever!!!

I would definitely recommend PetSmart to a friend or relative when you are considering adopting or buying a new pet.

Zeke made his first trip today to the store. He 10 weeks old. Toys, food, treats and a tracker. He was a big hit with all the kids, bringing a smile to a child s face is a win any time in my book.

The staff is super nice. Grooming is usually really quick. Banfield is always swamped. Be prepared to wait for the clinic.

I don't recommend buying any live animals from them HOWEVER... adopting one is fine and I recommend that. I appreciate their rewards programs, their community adoption programs and puppy classes as well as the fact that most stores do have Banfield Veterinary services as well as grooming services. Today I walked in for a new cat collar and bought five $5 stuffed animals; three for my canine niece and nephews, an extra stuffed animal for donation and one more as a gag gift for my brother. Money well spent.

Took my husky on Saturday. They did a fabulous job! Nails were filed and his coat is clean and shiny! My husky was starting to blow his undercoat and they brushed it all out. Will be back! Thanks again!

We recently got a leopard gecko for my daughter so we just started making frequent visits here for worms and crickets. My daughter loves going to visit the only girl we ever see in that section. She has been very helpful with giving us tips. This place has been great for us!

The service was excellent as usual. Also the associate that assisted me was really helpful and give good recommendations
