I wish I could give a negative star rating. I have taken my puppy to this store several times for grooming services. Riane was amazing with him and we were always happy with the service. Riane has transferred to another store so we booked an appointment with Ashley. My puppy has scratches and large patches from where he was shaved very close. It s heartbreaking to see him so miserable. I was always told the service would take about 2.5 hours which it did. This time it took 4 hours! When we returned at the 2.5 hour mark, Ashley was cutting another dog and said my dog was in the back getting trimmed. 10 minutes later she brought him out and started trimming him. I WILL NOT RETURN FOR GROOMING SERVICES. Ashley did a horrible job and I now have to take the dog to the vet for some very deep scratches.
