I made a last minute decision to find a different car and even though I liked my Toyota Highlander I needed to change. The representative, Corey, helped me out and made things quick, clear and clean when finding something that would work for me. The whole process wasn't too complicated and my questions were answered honestly and promptly. Corey even went to seek an answer for uncommon question from his peers rather than BS something that others would do. Other surrounding staff were friendly and considerate as well. They are worked well together to give me a good experience in getting my new rav4 that is super clean and of fair value. The financial rep was very friendly and helped guide me through the process rather quickly without any distractions in the way. I felt that i had undivided attention from those individuals and they were very respectful as well. Corey went above and beyond and helped me with a request I had to transfer items from one car to the other while I was finalizing forms and he was very thorough and thoughtful in making sure not to damage anything that could have been damaged as well as prepared the new vehicle with the similar pattern that I had things in the previous car to help me while they stayed after hours to help me complete all necessary steps to get me on my way. I took my 2019 Toyota Rav4 over the weekend for new tires. When I went to pick it up, my personal belongings were moved and placed underneath the passenger seat. Why are they touching personal belongings that doesn't belong to them? They had no reason to move my stuff. Unprofessional.

After driving off I noticed a loud clicking sound coming from the front of my car. I thought it was odd. I kept going and the more I drove the worst it got. I called Toyota, and they had my bring it back. Turns out, a toe bolt was lose because it wasn't tighten correctly. That's a huge safety issue!!! What if I didn't notice the sound and kept driving? An accident could have happened. And what's worse is that I had my daughter in the car with me. I'll definitely be calling to complain about this. They put my life at risk. Now I'm not sure what else they didn't tighten up.

Getting a car from Peterson Toyota was a last minute decision that paid off. However since it was so late in the evening when we were finalizing the paperwork that some of the finer points of the agreement and charges were overlooked causing doubt and a feeling of being taken advantage of. If you decide to get a new car I recommend this company, I would just ensure they are going over all the information before you sign so you know what you are getting into and go in earlier than 6pm so they and you have time to go over those fine print details. Also shout out to Heather, she is a rock star!

We recently bought two Corollas at Peterson. Alex was our sales guy and I can only say good things about him. The first one we bought used and it was a quick and smooth transaction. From test drive to driving away with financing completed was only a couple of hours. The second one we bought new and it was a bit different of an experience. It did take a very long time to get delivered, which I do understand was not Peterson's fault. Alex did a great job at keeping me informed of the progress and answering my constant questions during the wait. He deserves a big kudos for putting up with me!

Where the frustration really comes in is when I got to the financing office. I had already secured my own financing through my credit union on this one, but wanted to see if Toyota financing could beat the rate with a promotion or some other deal. They did not, so I pulled out the check from my CU to just pay for it, and I was told they do not accept "vouchers" from credit unions. (This was literally a check, not some kind of IOU, all they had to do was cash/deposit it as if it were a personal check.) He said they only allow dealer financing on new vehicles and claimed it was due to them getting a reduced number of new vehicles from the manufacturer if they don't require Toyota financing. I almost cancelled the deal, and I was literally told "Ok, we'll issue a refund for your deposit and you can walk away from it. It's no problem if that's what you want to do."

If there is any truth to the reason behind requiring their own financing, then this needs to be disclosed up front. I put a lot of time into finding my own financing and getting the best rates, and I even paid overnight fees to get the check to me on time. I then had to go through the hassle of getting the credit union loan changed over to a refinance, basically starting the process over, in order to get my original rate. It is unprofessional, if not unethical, to force a buyer into a higher interest loan without disclosing that requirement at the beginning of the transaction.

We had a pleasurable experience working with Tony. Everyone we interacted with was great, honestly. This was my first time buying and it felt nice not being forced into a vehicle or pressured to close the deal. 10/10 Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

I had the experience of working with several people at Peterson while buying a new truck. My salesman, Keith Jensen, was especially helpful. But it was the total team effort that impressed me. This is the third new vehicle I ve purchased from them over the past 20 years and I will continue to do so.

After an accident totaled our 2015 Highlander, we were glad to see Josh Steinmetz at Peterson, as he had been the salesman on that purchase. Josh had spent a lot of time with us, making sure we were happy with the 2015 Highlander. This time we went in knowing what we wanted, another Highlander. Josh was able to find us a vehicle fairly quickly and the sale went quickly and fairly painlessly. Then Josh spent over an hour helping me fine-tune the electronics and making sure I was familiar with all the safety features on the new vehicle.
I was very sad to lose my old vehicle but am happy with my new ride.

Great experience with Brandon my sales rep and Charlie my financial manager. Both were very professional and friendly and answered all my questions and were very helpful. This is the third vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Peterson Toyota and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
