I took my 2019 Toyota Rav4 over the weekend for new tires. When I went to pick it up, my personal belongings were moved and placed underneath the passenger seat. Why are they touching personal belongings that doesn't belong to them? They had no reason to move my stuff. Unprofessional.

After driving off I noticed a loud clicking sound coming from the front of my car. I thought it was odd. I kept going and the more I drove the worst it got. I called Toyota, and they had my bring it back. Turns out, a toe bolt was lose because it wasn't tighten correctly. That's a huge safety issue!!! What if I didn't notice the sound and kept driving? An accident could have happened. And what's worse is that I had my daughter in the car with me. I'll definitely be calling to complain about this. They put my life at risk. Now I'm not sure what else they didn't tighten up.
