Brought my new 2021 Honda back for her 1st oil change and tire rotation, I was told they would vacuum my car, they did not. I was told they would wash the outside, they did not. This is my 3rd Honda from Peter's, who I highly recommend, but apparently their excellence does not reach the service dept. Very disappointing.

We're not helpful always trying to upsell I came in for a part I know my lights and Horn didn't work I needed a low beam harness they wanted to try to tell me just take it into the shop and they can tell you what part you need even though I already knew what I needed but he didn't want to go into the computer and put the VIN number in to find out what the recall was on the truck he kept saying there's no recall and I said yeah not right now but there was five years ago and that's the part that I need it went out again instead he wanted me to go pay $180 to get it analyzed through them know thank you be careful
Recently purchased a vehicle from Peters and the whole experience went well. Felt no pressure and everyone was friendly. No problems with my car either. Unfortunately I was overcharged by the dealer $500. I was told I would receive my money back shortly and if not to call back.
2 weeks later I call back and I m told it was processed late. Give it another week now I m told they gave my money to another customer with the same last name and
I will receive my money that they owe me once they get their money back from the other customer. A little disappointed not gonna lie.
I've been a customer for a year now, the people are always nice and helpful. I love the special touch if vacuuming and car wash!! Thank you!
