Peter is an independently run Italian pizzeria, founded in 2013 with only one mission: to cure the injured name of pizza.The pizza you see today is usually deep-pan, thin & crispy or stuffed crust β but these are more modern, American varieties; aka βimpostersβ. Peter pizza is authentic, traditional, Neapolitan pizza β the original and best, made fresh on site each day for you.We go above and beyond to make our pizza as authentic as possible. Our bases are made from hand-shaped, fermented sourdough which use caputo flour (said to be the best in the world), and our ingredients are either sourced from Italy, or locally in Leicestershire.But we arenβt just known for our pizza. Our restaurant decor is fun, modern and quirky, with eye catching artwork, exposed brick work and upcycled furniture β somewhere you wonβt forget in a hurry.
