My first visit to these local opticians yesterday. Excellent service from a first class team. Optician, Chris was obviously highly experienced in his field and could not do more to fully explain various issues to me. Karen, who exercised such empathy and professionalism in assisting me in my choice of frames. Both made my visit an unexpected pleasure! On a current note, the premises were scrupulously presented and every safeguard was in place.

Michelle (optician) and the receptionist ( unfortunately I didn't catch their nam) were great. The service from start to finish was 5 star and I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you for your help and service.
