Ordered a dozen roses for my mother in hospital at 5pm, the next day the roses were delivered to her at 8am to cheer her up at breakfast. Very impressed with the delivery and the Colombian roses looking perfect.

I had a wonderful experience with petals on the plaza.

As I was ordering the flowers from Victoria for my partner who was staying in Brisbane, I called the shop to confirm the address was inputted correctly online. The lady who I spoke to was lovely and she even added in another card for me.

The flowers looked fantastic also!

I have over the years bought a number or arrangements and bouquets from Petals. I would give them 5 stars on service, quality of product, price, convenience. No matter who is there on the day I have always found exactly what I am after with their help. No hesitation in recommending them.

Ordering before 3pm does not guarantee same day delivery, despite what is advertised! I ordered at 12:30pm, but as soon as my order was processed I was called to say the driver had left the delivery location for the day. Ummm, can they not go back? It's 2.5 hours before the advertised cut-off time! Oh and they didn't have my chosen flowers in stock - so couldn't deliver what I ordered or when they advertised they would! With many other florists to choose from, would not use again or recommend.

Not a professional florist.
False advertising from the sizing of their flower arrangements to the free delivery advertised.
It's very simple. Pay a child $160 and you'll get a better result than this little shop of a flower.

Don't waste your time ordering from this florist. Ordered two weeks in advance put what I wanted on the counter told them to charge accordingly. Told them exactly how I wanted the flowers prepared. Told them definately do not put them in a box. All was ignored. Flowers turned up in a box and half the amount I ordered. But this was ok according to the young girl claiming to be in charge. As what they sent was all I was charged for. Let down and disappointed is what you will be if you pre order and purchase flowers from petals on the plaza. Go elsewhere.

The large size of the native arrangement I ordered...

The large size of the native arrangement I ordered cost $89 but only contained 4 flowers (and a lot of greenery). When I questioned this I was told I got the correct number of flowers. 4 flowers is barely enough for a posey, not even close to a large arrangement. And they delivered them on the wrong day. Order your flowers somewhere else.

I should have read the reviews! As with a lot of other reviews the flowers have arrived on time but what an appalling abuse of an online service. The bouquet was half the size of the one shown online. Disgusting rip off.

DO NOT USE FOR DELIVERIES INTO THE CBD!

I purchased flowers from Petals on the Plaza to be delivered into the Brisbane CBD and paid a delivery fee. Instead of being delivered, as instructed, to the office address, the recipient of the flowers was contacted and asked to come down and wait in the street (in June!) as the driver was not in a commercial vehicle so could not stop in a loading zone to properly complete the delivery.

Upon raising this issue with Petals on the Plaza, I was given a completely different (fabricated) reason for the delivery issues, no apology was forthcoming and was even told that given the sensitive reason for the giving of the flowers, I should not be complaining!

These guys set the new low mark for customer service - go elsewhere.

My husband bought me flowers for valentines 2018 was delivered to work ok, but the quality of the flowers were very poor, would not shop there ever again and they were over priced also. I phoned them to let them know I wasn t happy and there service and response was appalling. The owner called back and was so rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot, and then had no customer service skills what so ever after claiming to have owned the place for 30years. Thought she would have a bit more respect for the customers she deals with. Will never shop there ever again and perfectly happy to but Coles flowers which last a hell of a lot longer and are half the price.

I have emailed this shop 3 times since the 26th March 2018 (now 5th April 2018). NO REPLY. OVER PRICED, DIDN"T SUPPLY CORRECT ORDERED ITEM AND ITEM CONSIDERABLY SMALLER THAN PHOTO DISPLAY. ONLY COST ME $115.50 from Petals on Plaza at Springwood.

Owner finally Phoned me 6th April 2018 & stated she would SWAP the orchid ONLY IF I removed THIS REVIEW !!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT even subtle blackmail.

Ordered flowers for my mother for Mother s Day - I am in Melbourne and my mother in Queensland so was a bit worried about not being able to visit shop to order. Flowers sent were gorgeous ! My mother loved them and sent me a photo of them - and yes they are absolutely gorgeous. I spoke to owner after I had placed online order - just to check that it had come through ok and to confirm delivery day and she was so lovely and just a genuine business owner trying to do the best for her business. Would recommend Petals on the Plaza to anyone wanting gorgeous flowers.

Above and Beyond!!
We had an amazing experience with Angie and her team at their Springwood store! They sold us one of their wedding packages and adapted it to fit our party. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and even spotted us as we walked by doing other shopping to stop for a chat. Angie s a very colourful and committed manager who found out a member of the bridal party was picking up the bouquet so sent photos ahead the night before to ensure I was happy with them!! She even made a special something for our little girl that loved her when we were in the store! Fully supportive of helping same sex couples and my wife and I were thrilled with the high quality and very competitive prices.
Our day was beautiful and the flowers were perfect. Thank you Angie and the team!

Flowers are overpriced and do not last. My husband bought me a beautiful (and expensive) bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary. I had them all of 3 days before they started sagging and looking dead despite me changing the water daily. Disappointing. Wouldn't buy from here again.

I would give a zero rating if I could. She is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. My partner paid for flowers for our anniversary and they were never delivered, she said it was the couriers fault and then called the next day saying she wouldn't refund it because it was paid on afterpay, which is not true, you can refund on afterpay with shopify. She raised her voice at me and said some of the rudest stuff I have ever heard. Do not give her business, she doesn't deserve it and has doesn't understand what customer service is. Look at all of the other reviews, she is horrible and blames the customers for her behaviour.

I have used petals at Springwood for years now. I know there more expensive than other florist but there flowers are amazing. Except for the last to deliveries. The roses have been lucky to last 3 to 4 days. Even giving them fresh water and cutting the steams to stop air blockage. Unfortunately this will be the last time I use them. Disappointed

I ordered some flowers for my wife a couple of days before Valentine s Day.

Flowers didn t arrive so I contacted the florist and was greeted by an extremely rude staff member with attitude.

Basically accusing me of ordering flowers late and now expecting everyone to jump and send flowers. If only they had asked for my order number before assuming.

Flowers arrived and were half dead. What a waste of $85 and will never order through this company again.

The company has one star because we could not give them a zero!
We ordered online and then saw a photo of the flowers received, and after speaking to the recipient, we were extremely disappointed. For the amount of money we paid, the bouquet was small and insignificant. We will never use them again and suggest that if people do use them, they check the quality the flowers and arrangement that the recipient receives!

Honestly, the worst customer service I've ever had...

Honestly, the worst customer service I've ever had over the phone for a very long time.. When I dared ringing them to ask how come 6 flowers were sent instead of 12 as advertised, they hang up the phone on me first! Then when I called back the person actually berated me and told me how 'lucky I was there my order went through'?? That the flowers usually cost$30 a piece..?? The lady with a rough voice kept berating me repeating 'our website pics are only for marketing purposes', she said it 3/4 times at least.
I couldn't even speak after I'd spent 115$. Seriously!! That's the worst flower shop ever. Believe me if you have money to spend, spend it with decent businesses and people.

Disgusting customer service. They made an error on my order for an elderly relative and then threatened to call the police over products that were sent by their mistake. The raspy voiced woman i spoke with is highly disrespectful. Never again will I be ordering with this business.

Really happy with my experience with Petals on the Plaza! I accidentally ordered 2 cards online and Trudy emailed me to see if I would like her to make up the value with flowers. Really fast response times with emails and my order was delivered on time. My sister absolutely loved what she received and told me that the flowers are gorgeous. Thank you guys for the awesome work!

Very poor, I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. An $80 bunch of flowers contained 5 actual flowers and the rest was greenery. The flowers have been in water less than 3 days and are already droopy. I emailed the florist and the response I receive was just a standard reply - flowers were as ordered. I wouldn't recommend them.

Only giving one star because you can't give ZERO. They are unable to fulfill my online order through no fault of my own and have refused to provide a refund. Outrageous! Editing to add that after 2 months I have still had no refund and have not heard from them since!! So they seem to have simply stolen my money.

I will never ever recommend this florist to anyway. DO NOT GET YOUR WEDDING FLOWERS FROM HERE.
My bouquets had dirty brown ribbon fastening them, we could not hold our bouquets because they were saturated with dripping water. The flowers were so unattractive I put them in the rubbish bin.
The owner Angela is rude and absolutely disgusting to deal with. Her excuse is because I got a bargain for my flowers that is what I received.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY FLOWERS FROM THIS RUDE OBNOXIOUS WOMAN.
I placed a order online then later that day I rang and got told they were delivered, they never got delivered so I sent two emails and left a phone message and not once did she try to contact me.3 days later I rang again and got total abuse and no customer service whatsoever.
Finally the flowers got delivered 3 days late and nothing like I ordered and only half the size.I am furious
