Honestly, the worst customer service I've ever had...

Honestly, the worst customer service I've ever had over the phone for a very long time.. When I dared ringing them to ask how come 6 flowers were sent instead of 12 as advertised, they hang up the phone on me first! Then when I called back the person actually berated me and told me how 'lucky I was there my order went through'?? That the flowers usually cost$30 a piece..?? The lady with a rough voice kept berating me repeating 'our website pics are only for marketing purposes', she said it 3/4 times at least.
I couldn't even speak after I'd spent 115$. Seriously!! That's the worst flower shop ever. Believe me if you have money to spend, spend it with decent businesses and people.
