Updated 6-21-17 bc Joe is the #1 artist to look out for. !!! DO NOT LET JOE (or whatever he's dating) TOUCH YOU!! There's a fb page of his awful work and customer experiences. He's either going to freehand sharpie on you and make it look like trash or copy work and miraculously botch that too. He will slander your name like a baby on social media if you dare say anything about his work. Not to mention multiple hearings of him falling asleep midtats bc he's a druggie. DO NOT GO HERE I WISH I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS

Joe did a freehanded Phoenix from a picture I showed him and I'm absolutely in love with it! He most definitely exceeded my expectations and I've already recommended friends and planned further work from him.

I got my eyebrows microbladed by Kelsey a while back ago. She does absolutely amazing work. She is so talented. The shop was clean, her work area was clean, and she followed all the protocols for safety! She is amazing at what she does. I highly recommend Kelsey! She is a true artist. Also her price is excellent compared to others who charge way more and do low quality work. Her work is top of the line! Amazing!! I am one happy happy customer!!! 5 stars!!!!!

This place is amazing! I absolutely love my new tattoo! Joe was very professional and fun to talk to. He worked in my tattoo for hours, then he reached a point where he couldn't do anymore until the tattoo healed. He told me I could come back, after it healed, and he would finish it. He is a man of his word! I came back in, and he finished my tattoo!! He is a very talented man/artist! I would recommend this shop to anyone!!!

After wanting a wolf portrait on my arm for years, I finally found an artist that I trusted and I m beyond happy with how that tattoo turned out. Joe Hoppert killed the portrait, as well as every other tattoo on my sleeve. Then I decided I wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed and Kelsey Vaca dominated those as well. I recommend them to everyone that asks about my tattoos or eyebrows!

I started going to Joe last year after following him on social media and seeing how amazing his work was. He gave me the most beautiful watercolor piece I had been wanting for a while as well as cleaned up most of my other tattoos I had, making them look better then they were before. Shortly after, I noticed Kelsey came on board to do microbladed eyebrows. I was so impressed with her work as I saw how meticulous all of her models eyebrows looked. I finally booked my appointment with her after being frustrated with my own brows this past month. Kelsey was organized, professional, and took her time to make sure I ended up with the perfect end result! I get so many compliments on how on fantastic my brows look! These two do the best work I ve seen and I highly recommend!

My experience going to Joe was great. I was going to get a quote and a shadow of a black cat but backed out of the quote and he didn't seem to mind when I told him first thing even though we had agreed on both a couple weeks prior. He was also patient with me when picking out the size. I wanted it to be bigger three different times! He was professional, sanitary, and laid back. It's been 4 days and my tattoo is healing nicely. Thanks Joe!

Anybody he does poor tattoos on, instead of rectifying it and making it right - he blocks and deletes them on all social media, and deletes any comments and poor reviews. Very dishonest. A lot of his tattoos heal terribly. Bad scaring, deep saturation and shakes lining. A lot of his tattoos don't come out like what he draws. He's also a big creep and has a lot of females in the city who get creepy vibes after he comes onto them and uses tattooing as a ploy to hit on them.
