If you are used to excellent customer service and prompt shipping offered by Amazon and other internet companies then you will be very disappointed in dealing with Neutron Inc. Guaranteed! Extremely slow response to filling online orders. Then, when you get tired of waiting for them to ship your order and cancel it , they will screw up (purposely?) and ship it anyway, later offering snarky excuses for their poor performance. Wish I had read all of the terrible reviews about this company before I ordered from them.

TL;DR - No price is worth the hassle of dealing with this company's return process.

I purchased an item on 11/27. Both the site and the email confirmation stated that it would ship within 3-6 Business day.
By 12/4, I hadn't received any sort of update, so I contacted them via phone support (the web support is basically non-existent), to cancel the order. The rep I spoke with stated that it wouldn't be a problem to do so. After hanging up, I received a call back from them asking to double check that I indeed wanted to cancel as they were able to confirm that the order would ship on the 7th. I informed them I would still like to as I had found the item locally for a cheaper price. He stated he understood and would cancel my order and that I should receive a refund in a few days.
Fast forward to 12/12, I receive an email telling me my item had been shipped. Even if I did want the item, which I clearly did not, this was now a full 2 WEEKS after purchasing. I then contacted them again to clarify what had occurred. They advised me to simply refuse delivery. This wouldn't have been a problem except they sent the email notification a full two days after the item had been shipped so I couldn't inform others in my office to refuse the delivery if they saw it, and it was delivered as usual. Upon finding this out they told me to see if anyone was friends with the UPS guy at the office to convince them to come back and pick it up. I am that guy for my office, so I told him that was not an option. After much consternation, they told me they'd send me an email in the next five mins with instructions on how to ship back.
After another phone call to them, I received the email (3 hrs later). Beyond the normal protocol you'd expect when returning an item, there was an odd mention to provide them with a tracking number when shipped. Apparently, the expectation was that you, the purchaser, would pay for shipping to have the item returned, which is complete B.S. to say the least. They advised me to try to get the driver to come back, but I told them it wouldn't be possible. After some back and forth, they stated they would provide a shipping label.

Having not heard from anyone since, the next, day I managed to refuse delivery with UPS and ship it back to them (which still charges them for shipping but is obviously more a burden depending on your situation).

Fast forward to 12/26, I get an email with a shipping label. I tell them that it was returned to sender and received as of 12/17. At this point, I realized this process was going to drag on forever. The next day, I decided to take matters into my own hand and requested a refund via my credit card company. At the end of the day, it shouldn't take so much work to receive a refund.

Puzzled by the negative reviews. Sorry those reveiwers had less than optimal experiences. Our IT department has been dealing with Neutron for over fifteen years, and have ALWAYS found them to be reliable and service-directed. They have many times bent over backwards to take care of us with orders, and also guaranteeing that we got exactly what we needed. Yes, like any vendor they have their stumbles (seriously, does anyone consider Amazon flawless? But people still keep going back to them). They are in fact one of the few vendors we can count on to do the right thing and have our backs when there is an issue with a manufacturer. If you are a business or department, NeutronUSA can be a terrific ally, in our experience.

At first I was intrigued by this website because of the others Google reviews.I decided to go ahead and ordered an ASROCK motherboard. After I received the item I changed my mind. It was easy to get a RMA and shipped it back. The price for the motherboard was excellent with free shipping. Will definitely buy at this store again.

beware of this place.placed an order this morning for a price they had listed on their website.got a call in the afternoon and was told their ''billing dept.had made a ''mistake''and the price would be higher than what was on their site''.deal with them at your own risk.checked reviews and this is not the only time it's happened.bbb has a b- rating.

I ordered a Ballo stool that is defective, won t hold air and it took them over a week to give me a return number and I m STILL trying to get a shipping label. They are telling me I have to return and insure this huge item and box at my expense. Also contacted Humanscale, the factory they shipped it from. Something is not right with this company. They are a poorly organized middleman for products

Ordered something on black friday for a great deal...

Ordered something on black friday for a great deal of $190. Monday comes around and i get an email saying that my order has been cancelled. I called them and they said the price was put in wrong and a whole other bunch of garbage until i get of the line with them. I couldnt get any Black friday or cyber monday deals because i trusted in this company to get me what i ordered and they failed. Don't trust this inconvenience of a website.

They list things in stock so you order, then they tell you it's going to be 14-16 weeks (in my case). It is just the usual bait and switch that online resellers are doing. They advertise everything in stock to get your information. No credibility.
