5 stars just for giving people a way of getting to/from the airport at no charge. Unfortunately, the good vending machines only accept yen. (If you used up all your yen prior to getting to PSD for the shuttle, then it's Hot Pockets for you)

I have a TOPS transaction that is 15 months old, still not paid.
Draw your own conclusions about a TOPS transaction that is over a year without action, but it is obvious that no one is managing the process.
The service here is like a swimming pool full of test tubes. A service desk can only take care of their own exact task and service within their test tube . It is obtuse to ask for services outside of ones test tube.
No one can think out side of the CPPA SOP that results in not my job .
