This is the place where customer service goes to die.

I have a TOPS transaction that is 15 months old, still not paid.

Draw your own conclusions about a TOPS transaction that is over a year without action, but it is obvious that no one is managing the process.

The service here is like a swimming pool full of test tubes. A service desk can only take care of their own exact task and service within their test tube . It is obtuse to ask for services outside of ones test tube.

No one can think out side of the CPPA SOP that results in not my job .
