Often treated pediatric patients by myself for at least half and sometimes their entire session. I was taken advantage of for my experience and unappreciated for my time, loyalty, and dedication. Business management is unethical, unprofessional, and cliquey. As far as pediatric therapy goes, they are not reliable. They try everything they can to make parents stay back in the waiting room so that their child can be seen with another child (hence, because more patients = more money, and hence, why I was with some of the patients for the duration of their session). If your child must go here for therapy, ensure that you can go back with them every session. Otherwise, you are paying for your child to be babysat.

Shadowed at this site over the summer. The entire staff is very friendly and the place is clean and organized (especially during COVID - masks are required and everything is sanitized). It offers both PT/OT; I was mainly on the PT side. Pamela is an excellent DPT - she was very welcoming to me and easy to learn from. Everybody here is knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and keep up to date with the latest research/technology. You can tell they care about their patients and strive to give each one the best treatment possible. Loved my experience here

Personalized Therapy is helping me to get my life back. Oliva and the staff greet me with a greeting and smile when I arrive. Allison and other therapists are knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Everyone are always professional and friendly. The facilities are spotlessly clean. I am grateful to everyone at Personalized Therapy for my improving health.

The Personalized Therapy staff helped me achieve my goals for my shoulder impingement.
The front desk staff were always polite and accommodating. All of the therapists and assistants in the back were very professional, and welcoming. Caitlin who was my Occupational Therapist is awesome, she took time to evaluate my condition and laid out a home exercise program for me. She was very friendly and personable, even listening to what I had to say. I was released this week and now 100% pain free.
Honestly, I was hesitant on going to physical therapy but the treatment by the Personalized Therapy staff exceeded my expectations!

I honestly couldn t be any happier with the level of professionalism, attention to detail, friendliness, flexibility for scheduling, and MOST IMPORTANTLY (to me) their immaculate cleaning and sanitary standards. The owner is absolutely amazing while the crew is knowledgeable and fun, which makes therapy exciting. I honestly used to think ANY/ALL types of therapy was boring and dreadful, however, I have a new outlook on it. Great Job Personalized Therapy Team!

I am Currently a patient at the California location for OT and PT. I see Pamela for PT and I just wanted to take the time to say how amazing your staff is. Pamela goes above and beyond to provide me workouts that will get me back in shape and to work. I am a firefighter and it is very physically demanding. She has come up with workouts that are directly related to my job and motions of my job. She is amazing! I have done PT in the past for other injuries and a lot of PT's will just walk you through the same and simple exercises each visit. Pamela goes out of her way to make sure I do work related exercises. She always asks how I feel the exercises are and if she can do anything else or implement anything additional.

I have been utilizing psychological services at Personalized Therapy LLC since early 2018. It has been a critical step in helping me navigate some of the hardest obstacles I have had to grapple with in life thus far. My Doctor is is very kind, compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable and a really good listener, however is firm when it counts. If you are reading this review chances are you are looking for help, and that is great first step to growth and self love, and you owe it to yourself to give it a try. The only way to know if it s a good fit for you is to take that step.

The only thing that I would change is maybe a larger and/or quieter waiting room as there are other therapeutic services provided for all ages, including very young children. This is a blessing and curse, as the little ones are adorable but loud. If you are already in a frazzled state this may impact your visit, you could use it to exercise new skills to work through it.

All in all I m very happy with my choice and feel very comfortable at Personalized Therapy LLC.

The amazing and professional staff at Personalized Therapy has provided excellent care for our son for over 12 years. I would especially like to share about the excellent Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy that he has received throughout the years. Our son has continuously showed wonderful growth that never would have happened without our fantastic therapists and supervisors dedicated to his success. The name says it all! PERSONALIZED! Each time I visited for therapy, I was treated very well. Lots of friendly and professional people from the front door to the therapy rooms.
The therapists listened to me and individualized my treatment, accordingly. They explored alternate methods of treating my condition, took into consideration my age and fitness level, challenged me to do more each time and encouraged me whatever level I was capable of achieving at any one session.
There was positive and thorough communication between the clinic and the doctors office resulting in a shift in my treatment that brought about amazing results.
I felt genuinely cared for. The warm, compassionate attitudes of everyone on staff makes for trustingly, relaxed treatment.
I have, and will continue to, recommend my friends to seek treatment at this facility.

The therapists at Personalized Therapy are truly exceptional. They take the time to get to know your needs and goals, and tailor treatments specifically to you. Everyone is very caring and committed to their profession. The staff work very hard to support your needs and schedule as best they can, and it's great that they have so many resources available in one place. I loved my time there! After undergoing shoulder surgery my physical therapist, Pamela, has given me the tools and confidence needed to regain mobility in my shoulder. The staff at Personalized Therapy are professional and exceptionally educated in their respected fields. I highly recommend all of the physical therapists after seeing their interactions and skills with their patients, but I am biased in saying my physical therapist is the best!
