The Personalized Therapy staff helped me achieve my goals for my shoulder impingement.
The front desk staff were always polite and accommodating. All of the therapists and assistants in the back were very professional, and welcoming. Caitlin who was my Occupational Therapist is awesome, she took time to evaluate my condition and laid out a home exercise program for me. She was very friendly and personable, even listening to what I had to say. I was released this week and now 100% pain free.
Honestly, I was hesitant on going to physical therapy but the treatment by the Personalized Therapy staff exceeded my expectations!
