BRONX OFFICE: It is not often that you can expect service to be to your expectations. In fact, most places you go, you are almost expecting that people DO NOT do their job. So, it's refreshing when you find genuinely good service and people who go the extra mile. Personal Touch Bronx facility is the finest example of what EI services should be. Everything about this place has set the standard of what we expected for our son. The staff is organized and dedicated, the facility is well equipped and professional... even the bathroom is immaculately clean. I would dare to say that any EI facility should be modelled after Personal Touch and their employees. NOTHING helped my son more than his ABA sessions at Personal Touch... he is almost ready for school and we are a lot more confident because of his progress.
The classrooms are in the basement, and not well ventilated place for the kids which results in increasing the infections.
The teacher assistants are really nice and loving persons but they should get better training by the teacher.
