Just received my first dose of a COVID vaccine at Valley Medical Center. They were so efficient and so nice! I was in and out in 20 minutes tops. Thank you, Valley Medical staff for your amazing work!

I once was admitted here while I was having an epileptic aura and was dismissed after I was given half an Ativan. They had me wait in the lobby while I was still having my aura and when I got home we had to go to another hospital thanks to their laziness. Not going back.

After going through labor and delivery upon the arrival of our son I've gotta say thank you to the nurses, Drs and faculty that helped really make this a great experience for my husband and I. They took excellent care of our baby and myself. Especially with the stress I had of not knowing what to expect I gotta say I was more than at ease with all the people who helped us. Thank you so very much!

I must say the first day at that the hospital was great but the ER was a different story.... On March 26 my husband was brought in via ambulance to the ER at Valley medical I thought he was having a stroke in my car so I pulled over and called 911...... They got him there and started medications for a stroke and started a bunch of other things I finally got there and was able to see him in the ER.... The nurse that was there was wonderful but it was just about shift change time and then in walks a male nurse I did not get his name but I will call and get it he had no energy he look like he just woke up ...slowly put his hair up in a bun on top of his head and proceeded to listen to what the other nurse said but not understanding much. He proceeded to do the testing every 15 minutes and then every 30 minutes and then I had to leave, I was very worried about my Husband.. I got home and that night about 930 the male nurse called me and said my name, and said your husband took a turn for the worst was vomiting blood I need to come now to see him. You can only imagine what I was feeling .....the worst part was he said that in front of my husband, my husband heard every word of it but could not speak because of the stroke like symptoms he was having........ It was the worst hour drive back to the hospital ever. I got there and he did not look very good but they did take him up to ICU because they finally got a room and I got to go up there for five minutes and had to leave again...... My biggest complaint is number one that nurse had no business whatsoever calling me and basically telling me my husband was dying and I had to come now !!!! he said that in front of my husband. Oh it should ve been done outside of the room and it should ve been done by a damn doctor not some nurse who didn t care.........The rest of his stay once he was out of ICU was outstanding....I have every specialist taking care of my husband and 12 days later my husband got moved to a short term facility nursing facility and he now is home after 10 days there he is weak but we are working on it baby steps. The moral of the story is that nurse needs a good talking to......never say things like that in front of a patient who can hear but not speak and it should ve been done by a doctor.

I ve always had a positive experience here at Valley. As a nurse who has been through a few procedures (from bronch to CT), as well as delivering our baby at Valley, I highly recommend this hospital. In particular, our OB/GYN Dr. Jolly, the L & D nurses, as well as the whole MFM team, were all absolutely great (some of the best nurses I ve ever met!). We also appreciate the vast amount of FREE parking on site (esp in comparison to the hospitals on First Hill), and the tasty food options in the cafeteria. Thanks to all Valley staff!

Worst hospital in the Nation. If you value your or your loved ones life. Don't use this hospital. They ER is straight out of a comic book. Haphazard care, inexperienced doctors and staff. Horrible place. I'm still having nightmares

Valley Medical Center has passed all my expectations with medical care and customer service. Dr. Thai, Dr. Ashbaugh, Vestibular Therapist Lerner, Speech Therapist Erin and Chanel Physical therapist are the best team of physicians and therapists that you can get in the medical field. I am talking about communication that is done at a consistent degree of accurate interaction. Their phone and scheduling team are always professional even on my worst days. I truly thank everyone for all the great health care thus far!
