A very nice bakery which takes you back to the early 1900s when this bakery was established. Had a great feel to it which adds the experience and food. We had coffees and beestings. Best beesting I've had. Not too rich or sickly. Staff was reasonably friendly and I really loved the complementary ginger bread persons.

Decided to have a Perryman pasty today something I rarely indulge in. It was very disappointing. The mixture inside the pasty was mainly potato, but the pastry was so blonde I questioned whether or not it was cooked. As I hardly ever indulge in this type of food I was extremely disappointed and will never try them again.

Great local bakery in North Adelaide. Long history as my mother went to the local primary school and she told me she got her lunch there. The pies are great always fresh, and there is a good range of cakes

Lovely Bakery with seating outside. Delicious mini pies, pastries, cakes, breads and more. Friendly staff and great service offered by Alex. I enjoyed a Danish Custard pastry (OMG amazing sweetness) with a mug of Earl Grey tea and was given a complimentary mini Gingerbread Man :) It smells delicious in this Bakery! With a good variety of baked goods. There is a small bench inside and a few tables outside. No Wheelchair access due to the small entrance (original half double doors) but you can access the outside dining area. Watch out for the birds, they will steal your food if left unattended! I highly recommend you visit this Bakery.

Often bypass this place because one forgets it is there, but it is worth a visit. Good coffee on the go and decision of what to buy from extensive food range is a hard choice. Friendly staff and a surprise gingerbread man on top of my coffee lid makes that special difference.

I adore this little bakery! What it lacks for indoor seating (there's only a few tables outside - isolation time or not), it's a very busy spot with a crowd always there when I have been and produces such delicious goods!

An Adelaide institution - turns out everyone knows this place and has fond memories of it. I'm lucky enough to get a lot of their bread and baked goods - and they're excellent. There's a reason people like them so much.

Small and overpriced items. Have been overcharged on occasion. One time I asked for a bread roll in a basket that had the price on it; they charged me more because it was bigger than the small rolls in the basket. If you're going to have two sizes of bread rolls in the same basket, you should display both prices. There are better bakeries nearby.

First class catering as usual. Enjoyed delicious cocktail pies, pasties and other savouries as well as sweet for a function last night. The profiteroles were to die for. Was hoping to take some home but all were devoured swiftly. Thanks Perryman s.

I would shop at this bakery if i could. Unfortunately there are no hot food options for me. The bakery around the corner has much more to offer. Sorry, but your supply does not meet the demand.

Best meat pies and something you must try if you are in North Adelaide (get the mini ones). Gingerbread babies are the best- not too sweet with a nice flavour. Recently they are popping up at speciality food places (like Viba at Burnside shopping centre) Jam tarts also pretty good.

Not really understanding the hype of this bakery sorry. I've ordered a few things here and they've been fine but just not worth the premium price + the rave reviews. I must be missing something...

Had another great lunch at the bakery. The Mushroom and Steak pie was very good with a moist sauce and nice pastry, my girlfriend loved her meat and veg pasty (no peas in it if that matter to you), and the apple danish was not too sweet and excellent!
