Had three surgeries within seven weeks. Having never had any type of surgery before I was a bit nervous. The facility is immaculate and every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly, kind and extremely helpful making each of my visits more comfortable than I had anticipated.

I had knee surgery on 5/5/16 with Dr. Kerr. This surgery center was exceptional with their patient care. The staff was very informative with myself and my husband. Everything was on time, very clean and professional. The staff was extremely nice and comforting with emotional and pain control. I would recommend your surgery center to family and friends.

The procedure went well but just a warning that if you are going in for a routine colonoscopy and are ask if you have concerns and you give an answer it can turn your preventative screen into a diagnostic exam which insurance will not cover. My advice is to keep your mouth shut.

I had surgery at the surgical center on 11/18/16. I have worked in the medical field for 5 years and I was so impressed with the whole process from checking in to being discharged. Everything went so smoothly and it was quick as well. The staff was so helpful, answered all my questions and were unbelievably nice. The staff never pressured me to do anything, and were very quick to help me with my pain control, getting me water, and making sure I had a snack. Any future procedures I may need, I will request to have them done at NMSC!

From the minute I walked in the door untill I got back in the car I was treated by fantastic people who obviously valued my time. The facility was very clean. I never waited more then 10 minutes for the next person to see me. I felt very comfortable thought my surgery process, check in to check out. Everyone was very nice and explained any questions I asked. I hope if I ever need surgery again, it's at this facility.

It was a great facility, the nurses were attentive and the proceedure my husband had was handled in a very professional way. Dr. Peters was clear in explaining at home care and we felt comfortable having the surgery outside of a major hospital area. It is always comforting to know that you are only a stones throw away from a major hospital, so you have a safety net. I was kept informed of his progress and was kept in the loop every step of the way.

I had surgery on 5/23/2016. This is by far the most organized professional facility I have ever been to. The staff is incredible not only did they treat me with the utmost respect they also treated my wife who was waiting the same keeping her up to date on my progress. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone having surgery.

Unethical business practices.

Unethical business practices.
I was in need of elective surgery. I inquired as to how much this procedure would cost to make an educated decision, I was given a dollor amount. I was forced to pay my portion of medical insurance deductable before admission without the cost being submitted to my insurance company. After submission I recieved a bill for roughly twice the origanal qouted price. The explanation for this by Copper Ridge was the original price I was forced to pay was only an estimate. This was previously not made clear to me, or purposely omitted?

So much for my educated decisions.

The moral of the story :

Let the buyer beware.

Better yet, find another provider with higher moral standards.

My life circumstances dictated that although I have someone to drive me to and from the procedure I did not have anyone who could afford to lose work to sit and wait for me. This was special circumstances and was arranged via phone over a week previous to the procedure then again the day of the procedure. They assured me my ride would not be called until I was nearly ready to leave, they called for my ride over an hour before releasing me, before the procedure was even done. Then made her wait there with her little boy not allowing her to leave and come back, by continually saying it would only be a few more minutes. If you are single and do not want people losing work by sitting around in a waiting room while you have outpatient surgery and then are left in a recovery room without your clothes for an hour, then just forget about medical care here or apparrently anywhere. They blatantly lied to me, they were disrespectful of my life circumstances and my friend's time.
