I have used P n Co to sell and purchase two homes in the Denver area, and I could not be happier. One of the things that is so nice is that they are a local Colorado company and I strongly,, suggest hhiring them over a giant national chain like Sotheby s or whatever.
Clearly, buying two homes over 20 years says something and I know of several families who have done the same as I. Plus, the agency SUPER family friendly. Over the years they have hosted several Zoo Light nights, etc., for clients. I have been to them and there are many there who bought homes 20 years ago.
My agent was exceptional both times. Both times, the end result was a great rate, although the first lender had a some sort of (for lack of a better description) whack-a-doodle crisis in the middle of the whole thing and sucked for the last half of the process. It was obvious that my agent was horrified, appalled and embarrassed by that lender s lack of professionalism but it did show what a good agent she was because my agent handled the crisis by bending over backwards to stay ON that lender like white on rice and get stuff done.
The second lender was normal. Lol.
Anyhow, the point is, this is an excellent company and everyone I ever encountered there was friendly and professional.

I worked with Sophie on the purchase of my first home and she was exactly the person I needed on my team. She was very attentive to what I was looking for in a condo, was happy to answer any questions that came up, and was incredibly responsive. I credit Sophie to helping me find my perfect home. The process can feel daunting for a first-time home buyer, but Sophie made me feel secure and confident throughout it all. Anytime I wanted to visit a showing Sophie made herself available. We had so much fun looking at future homes! I would highly recommend home buyers work with Sophie and the Perry & Co. team. They are professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
Poor standards. Do not work with this company, especially their agent Gina Cornelison. I was renting a home she was about to lease. She rushed to get me out of the house, gave me attitude about it the entire time and became hard to get in touch with when I became a potential buyer of the home. She told the homeowner my loan (from Lending Tree) was not good enough and pushed her network of lenders and real estate agents on me, making me feel like I didnt have a chance unless I used them. Needless to say, she made me feel so uncomfortable that I didnt want to spend my hard earned money on her or her company. Unprofessional, rude, liar and sense of entitlement. My loan officer and my real estate agent both felt she was very hard to work with. I talked to the owner of this company and he tried to defend her actions. There are plenty of other polite and professional real estate agents out there. Keep looking!!!!
