I had PermaPlate installed in my new car 2017, and after being showered with gravel from a truck I had scattered tiny dings across my windshield. Nothing large but very distracting in the sun. I submitted my claim with photos and it was approved for replacement within 24 hours. Within just a few days a very highly reviewed local business came to my house and replaced with OEM glass, did a flawless job. This was probably the most expedient and satisfying job I ve ever experienced with any warranty or insurance issue in my entire life, I was very pleasantly surprised! Thanks for such fantastic service!!

The Safelite installer for our new windshield did a great job. He was quick and knew exactly what he was doing. I would definitely use them again for my next glass replacement.

The technicians were really nice and professional. When they were finished the inside of my car looked brand new. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had a small rip in the leather of the front passenger seat of our 2016 Suburban. We bought protection from PermaPlate from Jeff Wyler GMC Florence, where we purchased the Suburban. The entire claim process was smooth and easy. Paulo from Fibrenew Cincinnati North was excellent. Great communication, very professional, knowledgeable, personable and great to work with. He let us know when he was on his way, give a accurate time line for the work, and the repair to our passenger seat is amazing. You can t even tell there was a rip in the leather. Great job by all parties involved!

Rip off completely!!! I am paying extra to have my windshield replaced and because I couldn t tell if the things that chipped my windshield were coming off the road or from the bed of a truck they denied my claim. It was a freaking windstorm, stuff was flying everywhere from everywhere. Worst customer service I have experienced, can t believe I got duped into buying this coverage if they really aren t going to honor their extra protection from the unexpected moto.

I recently relocated to Scottsdale, from Denver where we bought the vehicle and opted for the PermaPlate service warranty. I found their local technician, Brad, was most accommodating and outgoing with his customer service. He notified me immediately, per the scheduling of my [at my car-parked location] appointment. Brad left me voicemails and emails to clearly verify when would be a good convenient time for me. When he did arrive at the scene, he was professional and very proficient in servicing my vehicle.

I had a really great experience with regards to my claim. It was handled very professionally. Whatever minor delay i had was all because of my dealer not registering the warranty with permaplate on time. Thank you for the exceptional service team.

I purchased this warranty thru the Toyota dealer. I reported it to the dealer 2 weeks after it happened and they said they don t deal with it call permaplate. I called permaplate 2 weeks later and they state if you don t notify them within 2 weeks they won t cover it. DON T BUY THIS WARRANTY IT IS USLESS!!

Purchased this 5 year windshield protection warranty with car, then traded car in in 8 months. Was told by PermaPlate that the coverage could not be cancelled and is non-refundable. This is unacceptable!! Pain 995.00 for 5 years of coverage that is not even transferrable to new vehicle. Shame on dealerships for selling . Then I hear PermaPlate pretty much denies all claims anyway. What a scam!!!! Do not pay for this-just buy new windshield and be done or add to car insurance.
