I had PermaPlate installed in my new car 2017, and after being showered with gravel from a truck I had scattered tiny dings across my windshield. Nothing large but very distracting in the sun. I submitted my claim with photos and it was approved for replacement within 24 hours. Within just a few days a very highly reviewed local business came to my house and replaced with OEM glass, did a flawless job. This was probably the most expedient and satisfying job I ve ever experienced with any warranty or insurance issue in my entire life, I was very pleasantly surprised!
