We used Perkinson Properties to sell our house and they did an amazing job. They brought in so many people to help us prepare and were great about keeping us informed about the process. They made the whole sale go very smooth and helped us sell our house in the time frame we needed.

Danny and his team were incredible during our home buying process. Not only was the client portal set up quickly so that we could start seeing new listing as they went up but we were able to schedule showing within few minutes.
When it came to the home that we finally picked the negotiation was intense. The listing agent set up a bidding war. They were difficult at best and make it an absolute challenge. Danny has incredible tenacity and skill in those difficult situations and was able to prevail. Everything went smoothly and Danny was there to oversee everything.

He is charismatic, approachable, easy to work with and made what is notoriously a difficult process feel like it was all going to be ok the whole way through.
