You are not allowed to speak with anyone in sales unless you provide your email address and set-up an account prior. Wow! Would be nice if the "sales" line worked but I guess that's on purpose so you can annoy potential customers. The lack of customer service will end this company, especially when there are so many other options out there.

HORRIBLE company! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! They own BidSync and once bidsync has your CC they will continue to charge your credit card every year with NO REFUNDS / ALL SALES FINAL. You can not opt out cause they will not let you opt out online. It only pops up a # to call and no one will answer. I left several messages and still 6 months later I can not get a single person on the phone to cancel my membership. They steal $499.00 annually. The only way out is to cancel your CC.

I did a trial version before cancelling since they did not offer any bids that were not already available for free on the Utah SciQuest website. They refused to recognize that I cancelled before the trial was up and continued billing me for annual subscriptions. I didn't catch it the first year but did the second year. Complete rip off. Don't even sign up for the trial. It is not worth it and you will end up owning them hundreds of dollars.

Do not sign up for this service!!! I signed up for a 1 year subscription for $363. The sales man indicated that my account representative would be contacting me towards the end of my renewal period to discuss my experience and ensure I was being taken care of. 1 year later the billed my credit card for $888.00. No one contacted me, no email notification of renewal, nothing just charged my card. Upon contacting they notified me that it was an annual subscription that was on autorenewal which was never made known to me. I contacted them the day the charge hit my card and they told me that they would not give me a refund under any circumstances and that it was my fault for not canceling prior to the auto renewal. They said I could have canceled at any time online. I went to their website to cancel. Absolutely no way to cancel. I emailed them and told them that there wasn't a place to cancel online. They changed their story and said I had to write a letter and request cancelation. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I have repeatedly asked to be removed from this company's email list, yet I continue to receive emails every other day from Alexis Towns. This is ridiculous and harassing. I clearly do not want your services, why do I have to continue to receive your obnoxious emails?
