It's straight up BS that you vampire's take $1.00 garnish fee for child support. BS!!!!!!!!!
My child support, which they deduct weekly from my ex-husband's check, does not get sent to the clerk of court's office on a consistent basis. Today is April 1, 2015, and I am still waiting for the March 20 and March 27 payments. The March 13 payment came on March 23. Peoplease won't even talk to me. My ex and his employer have contacted Peoplease, who initially made excuses as to why the payments were late. Now Peoplease just says they legally have a certain number of days to send the payment, and they will send it when they send it.
Edited to add - nothing has changed. Today is May 13, 2016. Peoplease currently owes three weeks' of child support which was deducted from my ex's check but never sent to the clerk of court. Do you really want to do business with a company that cannot be depended on to mail a check in a timely manner when the money doesn't even come out of their pocket?
