Discrimination, prejudice and no available hours. I coach and go to class everyday during the day. Won't reimburse for mileage when you travel to job location. Given night shift at 7pm but I have class at that time on Tuesday and Thursday. With practices everyday at 7pm. I still wanted to work, but was told that was the only shift. So now I'm out of a job. I'd advised you to run away as fast as you can!

thinking i was going get a raise but no i got a pay cut from 10.30 an hour down to 9 something an hour i gave up the position take my old job back for 10.30 .they treat people like trash and dont care people have familys dont give RAISES dont wast your time working for them
theres better cleaning compenys that payt better
Recently quit this job , I quite enjoyed it but they brought in a new manager and she is a psycho, tried to talk to the supervisor to resolve the issues is like talking to a wall even with multiple employees complaining . I wouldn t recommend working here they honestly don t care about their people and would rather replace you that fix their internal problems .
Not a good company to work for. They do not care about their employees one but. They have horrible communication with their employees and within the company. You don't get a raise or any advancement unless you are a brown noser. They will straight up lie to you. NOT a good place to work if you are a honest, hard working person.
They treat their employees unfairly. They pick and choose who will get a raise and when. They treat minorities poorly. They will put more work on the minorities but refuse to pay them equally. This is a crappy company to work for. And don't try and complain or you will be fired!!!
Grate place to work they kept there promis to rehire me after I had to abrobtly leave the state for a family emergince they rehired me just like the said they would im currently working for them again I asked to be transferd for medical resaons and they did not hesitate to acomidate me at all
Really no star. They are unfair and treat custodians like low lifes. Major screw ups. Run. You will never see what they promise.

Very dishonest company. Raises only come if the contract renewal comes with one. Pay is below the average in the area, way below. NO communication. Only nice thing is if you get to work by yourself. Don t ever complain about anything or BYE BYE! Don t ask questions or BYE BYE! Become close with your contact because they ll be the ones to tell if you the contract is being renewed because if not PCS will literally lie even if you have proof the contract is gone. If I could give zero stars I would. Invested almost 5 years into the company for nothing but won unemployment several times because they can t follow their own rules/handbook. Almost 5 years working for the company and only got 1 raise when I came back from maternity leave and only found out I was to get a raise from direct support telling me. They couldn t even do right by me and back date my raise from when I returned and it was a whopping $.29. First day I got back from maternity leave had a list of complaints and yet PCS was lying stating the customer was happy with my temporary replacement and they tried to shove me at a part time building even though I had FMLA covering me.
If I could get away with not giving them a star they wouldn't get not 1 from me, I just took a job there & it didn't last a week, the atmosphere was unprofessional, I was sexually harassed & degraded by a superior senior employee reported it & got terminated over it because the other employee made me feel that I couldn't handle the bs any longer, this place was the worst place I've ever worked I'm suing these people they are a joke people of color get treated like garbage here
I am currently an on site supervisor at IIS. I completely enjoy my job and the opportunity it has for advancement. We do have a big turn over but that is with any company these days. Upper management is supportive and always willing to jump in and help at any level. I truly feel appreciated and welcomed. The pleasure it brings to have our customers satisfied with our work is a great feeling. I would suggest MY PCS for anyone that hard working with a work ethic to come see what we do. We'll put some shine on ya.
