He and Jim Desroseirs came out for the installation itself and hooked up everything in a meticulous manner. My new double oven Jenn Air is just amazing and we could not be happier with our purchase and purchase experience. Shout out for getting it installed for Thanksgiving!! I had a 48" (800#) Sub Zero delivered and installed today. Delivery went great. Installation by Jim Desrosiers and Dave Bronson was done in short time without issues. It required a trim kit for wood panel inserts. Both installers were extremely helpful and professional. Thanks for all the hard work.

Word of advice,if Percy's sell any Frigidaire products stay as far away as possible.That company Frigidaire is absolutely horrific ,they stand behind nothing on all of there products.Over rated garbage, that performs like junk .Which is exactly what there products are (((JUNK, JUNK )))

I booked a appointment with Jeremy and he was amazing. through email he knew exactly what we were looking for and he was incredibly resourceful and professional. They accomadated our delivery needs and everything was seemless.

I went to Percy's for the first time in around 2012 just looking for a TV Steve the salesman there found something a little bit better than what I was looking for for about the same price I was willing to spend. I have not gone back three different times and I get the same treatment every time, he's also assisted me into buying the right products to give me the best quality. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Percy's hands down! Jim & Dave who installed our wolf hood & chimney did an amazing job! They communicated what the plan was prior to the installation and took time to prep the work area with thick tarps to protect my kitchen counter tops and hardwood floors. They even wore shoe booties which I really appreciated because we do not wear shoes in the house. Jim & Dave also took the time to clean the area after the install which is a big plus in my book! Thank you Jim & Dave! You guys are damn good at what you do and are true professionals!

We just bought a Bosch dishwasher from Percy's and used their plumber for install. Jeremy was super knowledgeable about the dishwashers and was great working with during our appointment. The plumber who came to the house was really great as well. I highly recommend using Percy's for your appliance needs. Both at the store and with the plumber I felt safe as everyone wore masks and respected social distancing.

After telling the salesman what we wanted (A complete kitchen package) he proceeded to try and sell us everything we didn't want. "A" for effort. "F" for listening to the customer. We walked out after being challenged by the salesman to find what doesn't exist. A 30 second internet search yielded 5 results. Should have kept his mouth shut. You would think after 20 years of sales he would know better than to talk down to people.

A friend of ours recommended Percy's as a great appliance store with helpful and friendly staff. First time we came to this store in the middle of February, spoke with Jeremy, who gave us a great tour of ranges and dishwashers, he explained where brand is standing regarding its quality, performance, price etc. He printed out all the info about a couple of items we were interested in. I was impressed, no attempts of receiving our contact information, no pressure to make us buy something right then, and he spent like an hour with us. Then COVID-19 hit us all and we decided to postpone our purchases.
5 months later at the beginning of July we came again. Jeremy remembered us, we were already aware of the brands and models and made the choice quickly and received from Jeremy a new print
out. We made our final decision the following morning, because the prices at Percy's were competitive and Percy's employees were so much better than those in Big Box Stores. We came back to Percy's. Jeremy was out that day, but all Percy's team were willing to help us. Adrian did everything quickly and explained every item in the long invoice list and made sure we understood everything about products and conditions.
Now we are happy owners of hi end appliances.

I walked into Percy's TV and Appliance store on a Saturday morning and had my new washer by Monday morning. Nicolae Mazilu answered any questions and concerns I had and provided information about the rebates available. It was a quick and easy process and I love my new washer.

Meira helped us find our new Bosch dishwasher. It's sooo new, our other one was 24 years old! Everything done in less than an hour. Thanks for making it all so easy, Percy's ... Meira is great!

He knows all features and details based on products and especially points things out the he would only know based on repeat business we give. He could sell you the most expensive model, but he explains the differences first. In most cases it comes down to the look and style. It's always about what the customer wants at a great value.

We were interested in purchasing an Electrolux washer. We went to percy s because we knew they had them on the floor. We will never shop at another big box store again. We were greeted at the door and introduced to Jeremy. We had an amazing purchasing experiences ever. He was wealth of knowledge not only on Electrolux but other brands too. However in the end, Jeremy made us feel confident Electrolux was the washer for our family. We highly recommend Percy s and know you won t be disappointed. Their pricing is equivalent or better than other stores. They also price match.

I ordered a GE microwave trim kit from Percy s that is very difficult to find. I initially spoke with Meira and explained the issues. She was extremely helpful and connected me to Brendan. Brendan checked his inventory and told me that one was in stock. He actually went to the warehouse physically to double-check. I received the trim kit quickly via UPS. Unfortunately, the face plate had a ding in it that somehow missed a quality control check at the manufacturer. I informed Brendan and he responded immediately. He got in touch with the GE rep and GE sent a replacement kit to me directly. I cannot say enough good things about Brendan. He is responsive, helpful, and very professional. A+

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Percy's this weekend. We made an appointment with Jeremy as he had helped us on a previous appliance purchase and we wanted to work with him again. We like to shop locally where we find the knowledge, experience and attention of the sales person is very valuable in becoming informed on a product and this is true with Percy's. Jeremy spent an hour with us as we compared features of different brands and models and helped us make an informed decision.

My husband and I came in to buy a used fridge that we found online. When we got to the store, we did not see the price we saw online. The manager Allen, who we had already spoken to on the phone prior to coming in, came up to us personally in the store and matched what we found online.

Jeremy, who took care of all of our customer service needs, was also great: Very friendly, knowledgeable, and got us in and out in no time!

Quality of product was reviewed and tested by staff before leaving the store. They also packed it up, loaded and helped it get secured in the truck.

We live about an hour away but will most likely make the drive back for future appliances!

I gave my score solely off of the customer service! I was welcomed with open arms and treated VERY nicely until I got my sales woman! She was impatient and very rushy! She was very sarcastic with her answers and she seemed to want me to know the answers to the questions that I was asking! Like what come on than I wouldn"t need to ask them now would I duh! In my opinion sales agents should expect to hear the dumbest questions in the world and be happy to answer them to improve peoples knowledge as they have learned themselves! I think the amount I was originally willing to spend had something to do with it! After I upped my spending limit than she was much more nice! Go figure! All in all the store is ok and has some good equipment at a different variety of prices! Judge for yourself because I think that not everyone walking in there gets treated the same if you know what I mean!

Very disappointed with my experience so far with Percy's. We purchased all of our appliances through Percy's. The home was a new build and they were supposed to call the builder to setup delivery, however the delivery person kept calling us even though we told him he needed to contact the builder. He ended up just dropping our appliances off in the middle of a dirt driveway and they were left there overnight. They had to be picked back up and delivered at a later date. We paid and extra $40 to have the ice maker hooked up by their delivery people, when they showed up to deliver the fridge they didn't have the right adapter. They said they would come back when all their other deliveries were done, they called to ensure I would be there for 3pm, I rushed back home only to have to wait until 4pm for the person to show back up. The dryer was delivered and hooked up less than three weeks ago, it already stopped working. Apparently they only work with one appliance repair company and the earliest they can fix it is 5 days out. For an item that was just purchased it is absolutely unacceptable to have to wait that long for a repair or replacement. While everyone I have spoken to has been polite, based on these experiences I cannot say I would ever recommend Percy's, nor will Percy's be where I purchase any future appliances.

EDIT/UPDATE - A customer service manager contacted me within an hour of posting this review. She asked a few questions in order to understand the situation better, she assured me they would be looking into the delivery issues and within two hours of her call I had a new dryer delivered and installed. I'm very pleased with the resolution.

Had to cancel an order because they couldn t get our old fridge out the door because they refuse to take off the weatherstripping which I approved and told him that it was OK I would take responsibility for any damages due to the door from removing weatherstripping. So I had to go get another fridge from somewhere else due to a quarter inch of weatherstripping that they just wouldn t takeoff absolutely the most ridiculous thing I ve had to deal with in the 37 years of my life

The wall ovens and refrigerator were delivered as promised. The sales representative was knowledgeable regarding choices and options. She clearly knew the stock. The pricing compeditive. The installers were excellent - they really knew how to install the wall ovens in a space that had to retrofitted. Highly recommend Percy's.

Working with Jeremy was a pleasure as there was no pressure on buying - he walked us through the pros and cons on different brands. While we were there we decided to also replace our stove and microwave. Again Jeremy was very helpful in showing us the differences between the appliances and which one would address our needs. My dishwasher is on it's way out and just purchased a new one from Percy's with the help of Rick Medeiros. I purchased over the phone, it was quick and easy. Website is great listing in-stock items as well.

It all starts with the purchase of a new-to-me house that needs some serious TLC and updating. So I do the normal clickity-clack going from website to website comparing appliances and really diving into the wide world of endless features on endless variations of dishwashers, ranges, and laundry. Laundry was my biggest concern because there wasn't any that came with the house, but the house also didn't have a dryer vent so I stumbled across a miracle machine that could wash AND dry clothes in a single machine without the need to be vented outside. I called all around and no one had this modern marvel in stock and of course tried to sell me what they did have available. Not Jeremy though. When I called Percy's they connected me with him and he said while they didn't have them in stock he thought he heard one of his competitors had some and I should check there. He was right his competitors did have them (very thoughtful of him) but boy were they difficult to deal with so I decided not to shop there. Some more shopping around at different appliance stores in the worcester area uncovered similar attitudes of appliance salespeople. So I decided to go into Percy's to have a look around, and see what they had in the store that maybe I was missing with my online research. Luckily Jeremy was there and we had about an hour long discussion about the types of appliances I was looking for and how I was going to be using them. He has been in the business for a long time and his experience and willingness to help, was just what I needed to make more informed decisions. In the end, I didn't get the "modern marvel do-it-all laundry machine" because it turns out they aren't really very good. I'm very thankful I went in and talked to him so I didn't waste my time with a machine I would have hated. Internet reviews are great but there is really no substitute for genuine expertise and someone's willingness to share it honestly.

We recently renovated our kitchen and purchased new appliances. David Paris, who assisted us in choosing our appliances, gave us wonderful information to make our appliance choices simpler. The installer for our Thermador fridge, Dave Bronson, was absolutely amazing. He stayed late to make sure the job was done right and explained how to adjust the settings, then polished up the exterior so that it wouldn't have fingerprints everywhere. Definitely would use Percy's again.

I ordered a Sony TV through Amazon during the Black Friday deals in November. It was a great price, free delivery, and no tax. Unfortunately it was delivered damaged. After working with Amazon's customer service they said they were out of stock for the TV I wanted but they'd be happy to give me $100 credit towards another TV if I ordered again with them. No thanks! Thats where I called Percy's and spoke with Brendan Ryan (web dept mgr). Brendan was great. He listened to my poor experience, got me the TV I wanted - still at a great price, and helped with the delivery. The two guys who delivered it were great. They unpacked the TV, set it up, and made sure it worked. I'll be sure to check with Percy's on my next appliance or electronics purchase.

We stopped in at 5:30 on a week night and were immediately helped by Steve Giaquinto. Needed a dishwasher and microwave. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and made excellent recommendations for our budget and our usage. He was extremely product knowledgable. I've purchased a few appliances at Percy's over the years and have always had a great experience. The website is easy to use and sales people are very helpful, not pushy. My most recent visit was for new a Bosch dishwasher. I had researched dishwashers online but prefer to buy local. I found Percy's prices to be on target, if not lower, than other larger chains and they had the model I wanted in stock. My sales rep, Adrian Chambers, helped make the process very easy from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Percy's to friends and family.

Folks behind the counter were nice. Thats about all. Salesguy told me the dishwasher we got was a direct plugin....it wasn't. Manual says power cord should have been there but wasn't.

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher and Jeremy was awesome! I had already emailed what I was looking for and within 5 minutes of arrival we were doing paperwork! I have a kitchen renovation project coming soon and I intend on using Percy's for all my new appliances! Thanks again!!

Kitchen remodel - new appliances needed. At the suggestion of a friend, my wife and I went to Percy's (after shopping around). Our salesperson was Gina, who seemed genuinely happy to help us. We selected a new stove, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator after Gina explained the pros/cons of several models of each. Prices were more than competitive and we arranged delivery for the following Wednesday. We were contacted the day before with an approximate delivery time and received a notification about 1/2 hour before the delivery arrived. Prompt, professional installation and removal of our old appliances. After the delivery people had left, we realized that the refrigerator was not the one we expected. I called Gina, expressed my concern and asked her to look stinto the situation. She replied within 10 minutes and went over our order in detail. We had made a mistake when ordering and had no clue what to do next. Gina understood our problem and promised to help us correct it. Not a 1/2 hour later, she called back and said that they had the refrigerator we actually wanted in stock and would do whatever she could to make the exchange (at no charge) ASAP. Fifteen minutes later, she called to say that Percy's was on their way with the new refrigerator.

I'll never shop anywhere else and will be sure to tell all my friends about the outstanding experience we had.

This is a 5-star review, because our salesperson, Meira Kaplan, is a 5-star person. Of course, the store is awesome, with so many different appliances to look at, open, touch, and examine, but Meira is the greatest reason for the 5 stars. She hung with us while we honed our criteria for a replacement range, patiently answering all our questions, even the really dumb ones, always with a smile and professional demeanor. She also did not push us, bully us, or try to sell us. After our second visit, we agreed that we still weren't sure which range to buy, but we were buying one from Meira, whatever. On the third visit, we chose our range. I'm as pleased for her as I am for us.

This place is a great place to go to if looking for new appliances. Rich was so helpful helping my mom and I find a new washer/dryer and refrigerator. Super patient with us as we kept looking around and asking questions. All around had a great experience here!!! Would definitely recommend

We had the pleasure of dealing with Adrian Chambers during this crazy pandemic-world we live in. Our dishwasher died and we were in desperate need of a new one. Percy's handled the social distancing with utter professionalism. We made an appointment with Adrian, and when we arrived, we were greeted by numerous people wearing masks and distancing themselves. Adrian still managed to spend the time with us to explain all of the machines we were looking at, and recommended a Bosch! We love it! Super quiet and great features.....Thank you Adrian and Percy's.

My wife and I went to Percy's looking for a dishwasher. The experience was great. Jeremy Nork showed us around. We told him what we were looking for and he instantly had an idea of what would be the best fit. He still showed us several levels and the pros and cons for each. He knew everything there could be to know. The construction materials and their affect on performance and longevity, wash quality and practicality. He also perfectly he answered our question on garage refrigerators and knew the history of the manufacturers and what the problems and solutions would be. We ended up getting the dishwasher he was thinking of to start. On top of all this we expected to pay a premium for the expert service and information. To my shock, we ended up at both Home Depot and Lowes later on and found the dishwasher we just purchased for $150 more than we paid at Percy's. I highly recommend them for any major appliance and even if you don't find what you are looking for you will learn alot.

Microwave stopped working on a Saturday morning, was able to order it online and picked it up at the store that afternoon and was back up and running within a few hours.
