These guys have got to be one of the laziest set of vendors out there. They are all pretty bad these days but I think Pepsi might take the cake. The driver never takes his garbage doesn t rotate back stock. Let alone fill shelves. When the sales person comes never fills the shelf doesn t inform the customers of new product coming in. I was in the business for over 10 years never have I dealt with vendors this lazy.

Every time you receive delivery from 2019. Other items may enter.
In addition, they were suffering from sales losses due to the lack of return measures.
In addition, delivery takes only a week before delivery.
I have a huge opportunity loss to sell pepsi co drinks.
Until 2017, the delivery date was about 2 days.

Absolutely the WORST customer service. I've been a commercial customer for 3 years and I am tired of their stupid system. Oh, and your account rep on the ground? Don't ever expect to see him after the first delivery. Do yourself and call COKE. At least you can get bibs of syrup at Cash & Carry and other places.

My wife and I have been using Pepsi for years, but...

My wife and I have been using Pepsi for years, but lately we can't open the bottles. The caps are on so tight we just can't get it off. We are changing to Coke as we can get those caps off. Pepsi is a wonderful product and we love it, but most of the time we can't get the cap of. I have resorted to pliers. I guess Pepsi is not for older folks maybe the younger crowd only.
Why is the cap on so tightly? some of them are not and can be opened fairly easy, and others are not.
If Pepsi is able to adjust the tightness of their product we would like to quite having to give what we buy away to someone that can open them.

I've had overall good experiences with Pepsi. Our rep communicates well. They're in need of drivers. Hopefully they can get some good drivers. They probably need to go back to training some of their merchandisers to get their CDL. Seems like they need to get another satellite wearhouse.

Totally unprofessional. Was at a crowded job site with about 10 guys from Pepsi who were doing an install on a soda system. Only 1 of them was wearing a mask. These guys were standing shoulder to shoulder with me and breathing all over me. One guy was literally huffing and puffing right on me with no mask. Its pretty shameful that this was the level of professionalism expected of these guys, who were all wearing shirts representing Pepsi. I guess Pepsi doesn't care about the state mask mandate. They want their employees to drive around spreading coronavirus and making you and your employees sick. Gross
