I mean, I deal with PEPCO because I have to but truly they are horrible. I receive a magical "revised" bill for a period covering almost 4 full months of service - despite ALSO having received a monthly bill for each month during this time period, which I paid on time/full each month. I call and it takes the customer service rep several "please hold" moments to even figure out what is going on. She then says that my meter has not been read by PEPCO for a period of 4 months. Seriously, you couldn't read my meter for 4 full months but still found a way to send me bills?! How do I know that the meter is sending readings now? How do I know that the meter isn't still broken or malfunctioning? How can I trust what I am being billed if the company isn't able to pull a reading from the meter they installed on my home? And rather than alert me to this issue, you just conjure up more numbers and send me a bill. These people are crooks!
