This is the worst gas supply company that I ever met. I scheduled for shut off the service at the end of July and until today, October 1st, they are still sending me bills from September. This is ridiculous, the customer service is useless and you're never gonna scheduled for end of the service once you started it. I paid for extra $110 for the bills that I was not responsible for. Would never choose this company again.

Put a application in and was never called or interviewed. But I hear people got those jobs who were family and don't know how to do absolutely nothing. Smh double standards at its best.
Heat was really, really ineffective so I assumed my gas had been turned off. Called in and they confirmed my service had been turned off (though it had not). Scheduled an appointment for them to come out between 12-4 PM, and they never came. So I called at 4 PM (after no one came) and they apologized and said they could would come out between 4-6 PM and never came. They ended up coming out at 9:30 at night. Yes.... 9:30 at night. Then they proceeded to tell me that since I was not there at 9:30 they turned my heat off altogether because that is what they do when you are not there and you are having an issue with your heat. So they no-showed their appointment, came 5 hours later, and then turned my service off.
Absolutely unbelievable. Totally understand why everyone gives this company ONLY 1 star ratings. Honestly, I wish you could give them 0 stars.
We keep getting 14 bills a year. Every time we call they tell us it is based on the billing cycle which is 28 days. I said ok then why does my bill say 31 days MCF used. No reply. Only company I know that can over charge and get away with.
