I was a dedicated customer for years but since being bought by Pentair, this has become a terrible organization. After doing appx $10K/year in business here, I was disrespected by their quality assurance people, management, and their credit analyst. Needless to say, they have lost my business and I strongly discourage others from doing business here as well.
Products work okay but their customer service is one of the worst I ve ever dealt with. They don t answer their phones and direct you to email them. You email them and they respond with a generic email. When you still don t receive your product/rebate/help you email them again and get the exact same response. I was pushed onto them by the retailer and now I wish I would ve went with another company. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Weld quality used to be better, but they had everything and was on time.
